We've just got back from a lovely week in Terradelles. The house is very well equipped with a good selection of books ,dvds, Cd's and local info and we found it clean ,tidy ,well maintained and comfortable.
It's situated in a very nice part of Spain with beaches or mountains within a short drive away and the fantastic city of Barcelona an hour down the motorway.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends .

It's not often that when you arrive in a place booked on the internet that you find your expectations exceeded but that was definitely the case with this lovely house in Terredellas.
The house is full of character and the surrounding area is a very beautiful and unspoilt part of Spain. It has the best of both worlds; the nearest beach is about 15/20 minutes away yet the cost of eating in local restaurants is about half the price of restaurants on the coast.
The owners are very friendly and provide a lot of helpful and useful information.
Also, unlike a lot of rental properties that we have experienced in Spain and France this felt like we were staying in a real family home, mainly because the owners leave a huge amount of their own personal belongings (books, DVDs etc) lying around. It just lends a nice atmosphere.
If time and circumstances permit we will definitely be back.

Sadly disappointing. The property appeared not to have been very well prepared for our arrival. The house/kitchen was generally not very clean and there were numerous issues with regard to the provision or lack of various items. There were no fans, toaster or microwave and the crockery was virtually all chipped. The garden had obviously not been attended to prior to arrival and was in a poor state and un-inviting. In comparison to other self catering properties we have stayed in we were very disappointed. It is our opinion that a lot more attention to detail is required on this property.
Owner's Response: This is a very puzzling review to us and I am only sorry that this person did not contact me straight away so I could have sorted out any problems they had. Previous guests have been very happy. Lots have said how much they enjoyed the pool and garden. The house has a grill and oven and we have never offered a microwave - although it seems to be something that people want so we will be buying one for next year. In general the house is well equipped and everything we say in the ad is in the house. The garden is completely private and is looked after. Although we do not promise a manicured lawn - which is impossible in this area because of water restrictions - it is large, well-kept and private, as well as having a private pool. The house is cleaned well between guests. Moreover, all guests can contact me easily and if there is any problem during their stay I will endeavour to put it right straight away.

Set in a very lovely part of Spain, with loads to see and do. The acccommodation is simple but has everything you need for your stay, including a DVD player for when the children have had enoug of the swimming pool. the surrounding area is lovely as well. The only downside was some major building work taking place quite close to the village but this wasn't too intrusive. A great location and a wonderful holiday.
