So charming and comfortable !

My girl friend and I have spent one week on middle october at La Concha. We found the villa some monthes ago by internet, but it was booked, and when we decided to rent it, it was actually very pleasant and comfortable to book it beyond Andrea's kindness and help.
From the booking til our return back to France, Andrea (and her local representative, who met us at Cala Vadella, and drove us to the villa.....and was very present and active for a good feeling at La Concha !!) brought a close attention at all. Many thanks to both of them.
The villa is exactly like the pictures on the website and offers a really good comfort; it is clean, and cleaned 2 times during our week. As the weather was nice, the swimming-pool was delightful under the sun.
The first access to the villa is a little difficult from Cala Vadella, but after 2 drives to San Josep, you learn it easily........
We think, as we have come many times to Ibiza, that La Concha proposes quite excellent conditions for holidays in the island, concerning as well the concept of living as its price.

We have just returned from a week at La Concha. We are very discerning clients and only like immaculate properties. We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children - a 3 year old and a one year old) We were not let down at all by this villa at all. It is modern, decorated very tasetfully and has views that are simply breathtaking.
The pictures on this website are very accurate and we arrived in La Concha finding exactly what we expected. It was very clean (cleaned a couple of times by very friendly staff whilst we were there as well) and exceptionally well maintained.
The owner was a delight to deal with from the first time we spoke with her. She provided access to her representative who even met us at the local beach when we arrived (it is not the easiest to find, but that is part of the charm).
Swimming pool perfect, quite warm and with amazing views.
We would absolutely recommend this property without any reservations. In fact, we are likely to spend some more weeks there in the future ourselves. I trust that this review will not lead to a "hike" in prices!
Nearby (a 3 minute drive) there is one of the most beautiful and tranquil beaches in Ibiza, Cala Verdella. A perfect place for children and spending the day on a fine sandy beach. There are several very appealing restaurants along the beach itself - exactly as you imagine they should be. The local supermarket is small and has everything you need (and is not too expensive). It is about a 20 minute drive of you want to do your "weekly shop" to a more substantial supermarket.
And the thing that is the best of everything - the sunset. Wow! It is right in front of the villa over the sea that you have a great view of.
There is simply nothing that we could fault on the villa and there is rarely the occassion for us saying that .. and we are perfectionists.
And finally, for those of you reading this review and wondering how we found the villa, we found it on holiday-rentals by complete chance. We did not know the owner beforehand and have no other connections with them!
For those of you lucky enough, enjoy La Concha!

Mooi ontworpen geschakelde villa op ca 1 km afstand (heuvel op) van het beschut gelegen zandstrand in Cala Vadella. De villa biedt veel privacy en is voorzien van alle benodigdheden voor een aangenaam verblijf op het mooie eiland Ibiza. De villa is modern en stijlvol ingericht door de eigenaresse Andrea. 's Avonds is het genieten van de neergaande zon die recht tegenover de royale glaspartij in de zee ondergaat. Wij hebben er een aangename voorjaarsvakantie doorgebracht met onze twee tieners. De toewijding en zorg van de eigenaresse bij zowel de voorbereiding als tijdens het verblijf heeft ons aangenaam verrast.

my wife and I took our 1 year old daughter to La Concha last august and had an amazing time. the property is exactly as you see...clean modern and really well located. Its easy to go to nice family beaches nearby and all te hotspots are within easy reach.We are pretty fussy and this place delivers on all fronts. the help we got getting there and looking after us was excellent too.

We had the most amazing week at this villa. We took our 2 children (aged 2 and 9) plus a 9 year old friend and it was perfect. The website is totally accurate, the property was stunning. It was immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean. The location was lovely and quiet, and a short, easy drive from the gorgeous beach of Cala Vadella. And the views from the villa were beautiful. We would love to go back again soon.

Wir wohnten im Okotber 2009 für 9 Tage (mit zwei kleinen Kindern) in diesem Haus und waren von vorne bis hinten begeistert. Es ist noch schöner, als auf den Fotos und im Haus fühlt man sich ab der ersten Minute wohl. Das liegt sicherlich auch an der tollen Orgnaisation und dem excellenten Service, beeindruckend ist vor allem die geschmackvolle und gepflegte Ausstattung des Hauses. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Wir wohnten im Juli 2 Wochen zu zweit in der Villa La Concha.
Das Haus erfüllte alle unsere Erwartungen! Die Lage, die Einrichtung, der Blick auf das Meer – das ist alles sehr stimmig und wunderschön. Die modern und stylish eingerichtete Villa verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten (u.a. bestens funktionierendes WLAN, Klimaanlage) die uns sehr wichtig sind. Die Vorab-Betreuung durch Andrea war perfekt und das Team vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und engagiert.
Andrea hat eine Informationsmappe zusammengestellt die keine Fragen offenläßt. Die Restaurant-Tipps sind super. Zum Strand Cala Vedella sind es nur ein paar Minuten und der „Supermercado“ dort ist wirklich zu empfehlen (dort gibt es frisch gebackene Croisssants und Baguettes).
Auch die anderen, sehr schönen Badebuchten wie Cala d´Hort, ses Salines, Cala Salada sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der Ort Sant Josep, der ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt ist, ist ein wirkliches schnuckeliges Örtchen, das alles bietet was man sich wünscht. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Mojito in der Racó Verd Bar an der Straße.
Wir fühlten uns in der Villa und der Umgebung zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit sicher. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Die Bilder auf der Website sind absolut authentisch.Die Sonnenuntergänge die man von der Terasse aus bestaunen kann sind genial.Es ist so ein schönes Gefühl, wenn man morgens die Treppe vom Schlafzimmer runter ins Wohnzimmer geht und dann diesen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer hat.
Alles in allem ist diese Villa sehr zu empfehlen, auch die Lage ist super. Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Stilvolle Villa in Superlage

Wir wohnten eine Woche ueber die Osterfeiertage zu fuenft mit Freunden in der Villa La Concha. Sie entsprach voll und ganz dem Bild, das wir uns von den Fotos im Internet gemacht hatten. Die stimmige, dem Hausstil und der Umgebung perfekt angepasste minimalistische Einrichtung - die unseren persoenlichen Stil voll und ganz trifft - ist aber nicht nur einfach "stylish", man merkt an vielen durchdachten Details die liebevolle Hand der Hausherrin. Andrea hat uns auch bei der Vorbereitung und waehrend unseres Aufenthaltes perfekt betreut und beraten. Unsere Fragen wurden prompt per Telefon oder e-mail beantwortet und wir wurden proaktiv mit Kartenmaterial und Informationen zur Insel unterstützt. Ein solch freundliches Entgegenkommen haben wir bei keinem der vielen von uns gebuchten Ferienhaeuser jemals erlebt. Da der Sat-Empfang voruebergehend ausfiel, besorgte uns Andrea vor unserer Ankunft sogar ausgesuchte deutschsprachige DVDs, in deren Genuss wir aber angesichts der - wirklich fantastischen - Sonnenuntergaenge ueber dem Meer und unserer sportlichen Tagesaktivitaeten (Radfahren bzw. Wandern) gar nicht mehr kamen. Waehrend unseres Aufenthaltes war es leider etwas zu kuehl für den Pool, aber dafuer konnten wir uns von der Effektivitaet der rasch und behaglich waermenden Klimaanlage überzeugen (was den Wohlfuehlfaktor bei den Schlechtwetterphasen deutlich erhoehte). Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren ausgezeichnet. Im großen Doppelbett des Hauptschlafzimmers (das beste "fremde" Bett, das wir je hatten !) schliefen wir beide so excellent wie zu Hause. Unsere Freunde waren in den anderen beiden auch hell und freundlich eingerichteten Zimmern ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Trotz der Lage ganz im Westen der Insel in Naehe der sympatischen kleinen Bucht Cala Vadella ist es aufgrund der ueberschaubaren Groesse Ibizas kein Problem auch noch am Nachmittag zu groesseren Ausfluegen mit Auto oder Fahrrad aufzubrechen. Nach Portinatx, dem wohl am weitesten entfernten Ort, benoetigt man mit dem Auto ca. 45 - 60 Minuten. Für Menschen, die ein stilvolles, zeitgemaesses Ambiente schaetzen, ist die Villa in ruhiger Umgebung an einem der schoensten Plaetze von Ibiza ein absoluter (Geheim)tipp !
