An absolutley fantastic apartment, the best we have stayed in, set in a beautiful complex. The gardens and pools were spotless.We had a very relaxing peaceful holiday and everything we needed was within walking distance, 2 mins from the beach,restaurants,supermarkets and only a short bus ride to Torrevieja.
We will definately recommend this to all our friends.

We had an excellent holiday, the appartment was very modern and spacious, the bars and resteraunts are all within a short walk as is the beach, the 3 swimming pools on the complex are very nice and are kept very clean and tidy.
It is situated close to all the major roads for easy travelling to the major towns like Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena. Torrevieja is also a short journey which can be made by the local bus which stops very close to the appartment.
All in all this is an excellent place for a holiday whether it be for the family with children or for adults wanting to see the local area.

Having lived in the area 18 months ago for a year, i wanted to take my partner to see the area and i knew Punta Prima was a fantastic location to be based. The apartment was excellent, all mod-cons, great balcony, and 3 pools on the complex. The beaches nearby are fantastic and great restaurants nearby. We drove to see many places aswel, from alicanta, torrevieja, down to la manga and murcia town.
All in all a fantastic apartment and a great location to see some of the great places costa blanca has to offer.

this appartment is very luxurious very clean, modern and spacious with a lovely big balcony The gardens and pools were spotless. everything we needed was within walking distance, 2 mins from the beach,restaurants,supermarkets
ideal for golfing lots of good golf courses around
three quiet pool areas with sun all day.

We had two weeks holiday in febr.2009 in this apartment, and enjoyed everyday of the nice environment with the nice gardens and pools.The apartment is very luxurious, very spacious and suitable for people with mobility restrictions
(you can rent a collapsable scootmobile at the HireCentre at the top of the street, so you can reach shops, restaurants,sea,,etc)
We can recomment this apartment for those who are looking for luxery in a relaxing surrounding.Maybe next year a little longer

The Apartment was excellent, yery clean, modern and spacious with a lovely big balcony.
The Complex is nice and quiet and very safe with 3 lovely pools with very well kept gardens.
The beach is only 2 minutes walk away with many more beautiful beaches within reasonable distance. There are plenty of Resteraunts, cafes and bars al within easy reach plus Supermarkets if you want to prepare your own meals.
We had a very good holiday and would resomend it.

Apartment Punta Prima

This was an excellent choice. We have been to Punta Prima a few times and even saw these apartments being built. However to stay in one was absolute luxury. The apartment is very suitable for people with restricted mobility as the apartment is very near the lift. There is also an underground car park with lift to all floors which we found useful. The apartment was very clean, modern and ideal for four adults sharing as it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The balcony was excellent. The facilitaties in Punta Prima are ideal for those seeking a relaxing time with cafes/bars and restuarants for all tastes and all within easy reach. There is a local bus service just outside the apartments which takes you into the town. Thank you Malcolm for letting us use your apartment. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We would definitely use the apartment again and would recommend friends and family.
