Reviews of Property: Stunning 5 bed 4 bath luxury villa close to Disney

This was our first visit to Florida and we had such an amazing time . We felt so lucky to be staying in such a spacious and beautifully decorated house . The boys loved the pool the games room and enormous plasma tv - some days we even had to persuade them to go to the theme parks as they didn't want to leave the house !! We enjoyed some great bbq's by the pool and after hours walking around the theme parks it was so lovely to come back 'HOME'. Huge thanks to Helen & Shaun for all their help , emails and calls. We can't wait to go back to Ty Seren as it holds so many happy memories for us !

Despite it being a rainy week, the house was so beautiful and comfortable the inclement weather hardly affected us. The house had everything one could want for a great holiday, including a game room and a wonderfully relaxing spa. There was also a good selection of family movies to watch on a 50 inch plasma TV. The neighbourhood was very quiet and pleasant. We had an amazing time at Ty Seren.

We stayed at this property from April 8 to April 17, 2009. There was 5 of us in our party, including 2 teenagers. The house and property were very well maintained and more than met our needs. The bedrooms were very spacious and the adjoining bathrooms were plentiful. What more could we have asked for? We took advantage of having the pool heated and made very good use of it--daily to be exact and also some night swims. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone. Disney and the typical tourist attractions were approximately 45-60 minutes drive (according to traffic conditions) from the house, but very well sign posted for foreign visitors. The owners were excellent in their communications and very well organized with their information they provided.

We just spent the last week (April 18-25) at Ty Seren and could not have been more pleased with our home away from home. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We had 4 kids ranging from 4 yrs to 8 yrs old and they really enjoyed the game room, the Wii and the pool. It was so nice to come home to a house we could all spread out in, instead of being cramped in a hotel room. The house has been very well taken care of and is in tip top shape. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone we talk to. Helen was so wonderful with all her tips and continuous emails to make sure everything was up to par. I would recommend one thing to future guests...the week we stayed, the temp was in the mid to upper 80's and had been in the higher 70's to lower 80's for several weeks prior, so we decided not to get the pool heated. I would recommend to get that heat! The pool was a bit too cold for our liking, although the kids handled it well. Thanks again Helen, for everything you've done and for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Our family spent two weeks at Ty Seren in January/February. We have two small children, the eldest of which is 27 months old - barely old enough to begin enjoying what this home and the the surrounding area has to offer, but she very much loved the house (she declared it to be "her" house), the pool (which was beautifully heated - important for small children) and all of the little things which made the home so child friendly. As our children get older, they will more and more appreciate the games room, the pool, the Wii and more.

Helen (one of the owners) was in constant email communication with us before and during our stay, passing along tips and information and ensuring that our stay was going along well. By the end of the trip, we felt like we had been staying at a friend's house!

Guests obviously treat the home with respect. It is modern, spotlessly clean and exquisitely decorated. The pictures paint an accurate description and noting is overstated in the description. You will enjoy your stay here thoroughly. We will return.

Our stay at Ty Seren during the august period was truely memorable.The house is a must for anyone who appreciates quality!!! Spacious, modern with complete amenities to enable a fantastic holiday.We have been to Orlando previously and feel that the positioning of the villa is perfect to anyone wishing to either go to the numerous parks,shopping malls, beaches or multiple restaurants dotted around the area, Manneys recommended! We will most definately book soon for our return trip

We stayed for a fortnight this July and were sad to leave. We totally agree with the other reviews - the property is stunning with every luxury accessory thought of by the owners. The interior decor and furnishings are 5 star.The photos, although magnificent, don't really do the place justice. The pool is beautiful, outdoor furniture really high quality and comfort and the barbeque is fantastic. We were quite happy to spend whole days at the pool and then watching DVDs on the HUGE screen at night! (And have family pool, basketball and air hockey tournaments in the games room!)

Customer service from the owners was outstanding - American standards here in the UK! Any queries were promptly answered, and hints and recommendations offered in abundance.

Without doubt the best villa we've seen, let alone stayed in. Recommended without reservation. We will return, but will have to book early as next year appears to be already getting busy.

Shops and good restaurants are all only a few minutes away, and recommended home delivery food menus are in the kitchen drawer!

June 19th – 30th 2008 We have just had a fantastic holiday at Ty Seren and I don’t normally write reviews but I thought this villa was so exceptional that it deserved feedback to help allay any fears a sceptic reviewer might have.

The villa is exceptional quality throughout and the height of good taste having every facility you could think of making it feel like a home away rather than a rented accommodation. I think this differentiates it from your standard villa making it worth every penny.

The pictures give an expectation of quality and the reality did not disappoint. The facilities are too numerous to review individually but everything you needed was provided. When I asked my son after 6 days how the TV was in his bedroom and he replied 'he hadn’t had time to look at it', I knew something was right!

I think one of the keys when booking these types of accommodations is good customer service to allay any fears you have and special thanks should go to Helen who was exceptional. She is both proactive and helpful in every aspect giving you a reassurance and information so that everything will be fine for your stay. I’m sure the other owners contribute in the background as well as the villa is very well maintained. The next time I come back to the area this will be the first place checked for availability.
