Great apartment with great owners!

We (4 adults, one baby) spent two wonderful weeks on Malta in july. The apartment had a great location about two blocks from all the restaurants and bars. Close enough so that our baby managed to walk there herself, but far enough so we were not disturbed by any parties.
The apartment felt nice and modern and gave a clean and tidy impression to all of us. The kitchen was fully equipped, although most meals were eaten out at the restaurants. The awake times we spent in the apartment were spent on the terrace with a beautiful view overlooking the ocean. (I would suggest to Richard the purchase of a sun umbrella of some kind - because it can get really hot up there!)
Since we had a car at our disposal the garage underneat the building was nothing more that 5 stars. Super!
The service and reception we receive from Richard was great. He is an helpful and serviceminded person. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a place on sunny Malta

Excellent base

Excellent position not far from Bugibba Square. Minutes from the prom and central to bars and restuarants. Bus Station about 10 minutes walk away but not a problem at all. Apartment spacious and clean with Richard being on hand if any problems (power cut when we were there and Richard very kindly phoned to warn us). A lovely touch when he visited us with of a bottle of wine and chocolates. Local bar, Whyte Harte, across the road very handy and with no noise problems at all. Richard also arranged transport to and from the airport which all went very smoothly. Thanks again Richard and we would hope to return in the future.

Great Holiday - Great Host

Just got back from a great holiday in Malta – Could not fault the Penthouse Flat we stayed in, the penthouse was clean and spacious with a great view over the big terrace.
The whole experience was added to by the wonderful service we received from the Penthouse’s owner Richard, who was on call for any advice or help we needed.
This really was a great holiday for us and although we could have eaten in the penthouse – we discovered that the local restaurants are cheap enough to eat out all the time.
We plan to book up again for next year and try the apartment that Richard owns on the other side of the bay – We already know the service will be Great !
We even bizarrely managed to work out some of the game shows that the Italian and Maltese put on TV - Not in English but when they are as strange as they appeared who cares!!!

We have just returned from this spacious apartment and had an excellent holiday. Brilliant location, with all the local facilities within a few minutes walk. The apartment was well equipped, with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Our only recommendation would be a BBQ on the patio to enjoy the long warm evenings. Definitely recommend this apartment as Malta is a beautiful island. Richard was really nice and very helpful. Thanks for a great holiday.

My wife, our son (17) and I spent a pleasent week in this spacious apartment. This is in fact very good value for money! A little supermarked and the local butcher are only a 1 min. walk away, so we prepared most of the meals in the appartment. We went there in the beginning of October and the weather was nice. The temperature in the sea (25 Celsius) was also agreeable. Relaxing, swimming, running and playing tennis for a week was just the kind of "favourite waste-of-time" that we appreciated. Going on a boat-trip with The Hornblower will be one of our recommendations. (Make sure you get a Deck-chair!)
Richard was very helpful during our stay. I would definately recommend this apartment and I suppose we`ll be back on another occation. Erik.

We have just returned from this apartment this morning. What can one say about it!
It is exactly as described.
Clean and tidy.
Central to most facilities.
Including the local pub downstairs.
Ideal for two + two + two.
Cooking facilities provided ( your own cooked breakfasts in the morn )
Mandy and Richard could not be more helpful.
Would we go back? Definitely.
Overall it was EXCELLENT. Yes would recommend to friends.

It was good nice size clean and everything you need for a self catering holiday (even though we didn't cook the option was there)
My only complaint would be the lack of fans in the bedrooms it was very hot and a fan on the ceiling would have been a good thing.
Richard was very helpfull and a really nice bloke.
All in all it was a very nice place to stay.

Hallo Mandy und Richard,
die Woche bei euch in der tollen Ferienwohnung war wunderschön und sehr heiss. Die Wohnung war ganz toll eingerichtet.
Was uns ein wenig gefehlt hat war ein deutscher Fernsehsender.Ansonsten war es einfach Klasse.
