My wonderful stay in Cyprus

I stumbled across this accommodation online and fell in love with the picture, facilities, etc. So I decided to book, for family, friends and myself. I was impressed with the speed in which queries were answered as well as the willingness to accommodate our every need.
Once arriving at the accommodation we were amazed on how pleasantly identical it was to the pictures posted on site. The site failed to mention the beautiful lay out of the lower floor and how huge the main bathroom was.
I must admit that the neighbours surrounding the property were so friendly, helpful and entertaining; they really made us feel at home.
There were a good selection of local shops and places to eat out. I must mention that there was a local 24hr bakery!!!!
We hired a car which we parked in our allocated parking bay. I found the main roads to be straight forward and clearly mark, but you will have to be carefully on the side round, for the signs were tricky to spot at night. I would strongly recommend that you hire car for taxi price are extremely expensive.
There is so much more I could say, but I don’t want to bore you, so experience it for yourself and I’m sure you will agree with what has been written.
I would definitely return and have recommended the property to everyone I know.

We spent two weeks in the apartment in September and did not want to come back.
The apartment is lovely and comfortable and clean. The roof terrace - just fabulous and great for relaxing late in to the night.
The location is so good for the beaches and the bars and restaurants especially in Larnaca.
The village itself has a lovely, lively atmosphere with an excellent taverna and the bakeries were too good (we put on several pounds).
We will definitely be returning.

Penthouse apartment in Oriklini, Cyprus

Family with two teenagers (age 18 & 13) stayed there for a week in October, 2008.
Very nice Penthouse apartment, located in the outskirts of Oriklini (car is definitely a requirement!)
Spacious duplex apartment : Kitchen with eating table, living-room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 3 toilets.
And not to forget the terasses :
- 2 nice terasses outside 2 bedrooms
- 1 great terasse just outside kitchen/living room
- and a fantastic roof terasse on top.
Everything new and well-maintained.
Internal staircase (in apartment) was somewhat steep, not for small children and people with walking problems.
Water restrictions wasn't a problem at all.
Gym and Pool facilities very good.
The complex is very quite, however a lot of surrounding construction work during daytime.
Town is within walking distance (10 min) for restaurants/pubs etc.
Daily shopping possibilities (supermarkets) where somewhat limited.
Tip : Bring a torch, if you're plan on walking home from the town after sunset.
Close to Excellent rating : Apartment is excellent, surroundings/location is avarage.

Amazing apartment

three of us stayed in this apartment for 1 week and i must say that it was not long enough if only we could have stayed for longer it is a beutifully decorated and maintained apartment with plenty of space upstairs and downstairs. everyone had their own bathroom which was great. the water problem in cyprus was not an issue as we never ran out of water. the rooms are all comfortable and so is the living room. the roof terrace was icing on the cake as it was a nice place to sit and have a few drinks or even dinner! the aprtment is air conditioned throughout but everytime we walked inside for some reason it still felt cool even when the aircon was not on which was brilliant when it is 40 degrees outside. We can't wait until next year when hopefully we can stay there again (for much longer this time).

We have just returned from a week at Orokolini renting this penthouse. It was absolutely perfect, we had our grown up children with us and had more than enough space. Having the two main bedrooms on the lower floor made it cooler. The roof terrace is so private, our girls sunbathed there all day and the evening we had our meals there - perfect. The village of Orokolini is a lovely village, plenty of variety of taverns, food is excellent. You can easily walk into the village from this flat, but you need a torch in certain parts. Cannot express enough how perfect the flat is and would definitely return.

The village of Oroklini has everything you need, and is ideally located at 15 mins from the airport, 30 mins from the beaches of Agia Napa, 10 mins from Larnaca, 40 mins from Nicosia...
This apartment is ideal - new and comfortable. It's duplex and the stairs are steep though, so with the balconies it may not be ideal for very young children but our 3yr and 2yr managed fine. Because it is well laid out, during the day you can close the stairgate and only use one level.
The apartment is a little way from the centre of the village, so you will need a car. The complex is quiet and the neighbours are very friendly.
Overally, highly recommended for anyone who doesn't want to be in a busy tourist spot but wants to be in easy reach of everything and wants the independence of a fully equipped apartment.
