Tolles Haus, schöne Lage

We had a wonderul family get together in this villa in early September. The property is spacious, stylish and well equipped, meaning our various family members could enjoy each others' company but escape to their own bit of space when they needed to. We had some lovely evenings eating al fresco having stocked up at the local market in Javea old town. There are a number of supermarkets within easy reach, and Javea port, with its lovely seafront esplanade and variety of eateries is a 15 or so minute walk - though longer to get home as it's all uphill! The pool was a big hit with adults and kids alike, and the walkers in the group enjoyed some rugged coastal walks. We also coincided with the port's annual fiesta, which gave the holiday an authentic Spanish feel. The villa managers, Ruth and Ken, were very attentive and responded quickly to any queries we had. All in all a great week in a beautiful property.

We stayed in the villa for two weeks this July and had a wonderful holiday. The villa itself is really well equipped, comfortable and very spacious. The outside areas are beautifully furnished and very practical and the pool is immaculate. The villa is in a great location, and has a lovely view over the valley and to the sea from certain points. I can highly recommend the property in every way and would hope to be able to visit again in the future. The youngest in our group was 2 years old and the oldest, 82, and the villa met all of our needs and more. We rarely dined out at restaurants as the barbecue, cooking facilities and dining area outside were great and it was a pleasure to cook and eat in!

La maison est propre et sans surprise. Les chambres spacieuses climatisées permettent d'avoir une totale indépendance, elles bénéficient toutes de vastes salles de bain.
Le salon extérieur est idéal pour les apéritifs à rallonge du soir.

La région est belle et les plages très agréables.

Il y a toujours un peu d'air étant donné que la maison est un peu sur les hauteurs de Javea, ce qui permet de ne pas trop souffrir de la chaleur.

Je recommande cette villa pour sa situation, sa propreté, son confort et pour le sérieux de sa proporiétaire.

Our 2 week holiday in the sunshine was made perfect by this great villa. The actual property was far better than described on the web site and was beyond our expectations. The villa was immaculate and everthing you needed was available to hand. Our children spent most of the two weeks in the pool and it was fantastic for all the family. The owners were very friendly and helpful in every way. We would highly recommend this villa that is set in a lovely location within easy reach of all amenties and in a beautiful town.

Before even arriving at the spectacular Villa, directions we're given, telephone numbers exchanged and e-mails with a complete video if the Villa was supplied. The oweners were also so fantastic, we got lost when we arrived and Stuart picked us up in his Harley. The Villa has four spectacular bedrooms, a lovely sitting area, DVD's, pool, the works... It is also ideally located in Javea, although you would probably need a car to go to the beach. The property is excellently maintained, clean upon arrival, and the owners extremely accomodating. It is also fantastically furnished, with complete linens and blankets, tons of pillows... no detail was spared. Although there was no WIFI, I do believe the Moyra and Stuart will be adding it for the next patrons. And unfortunately the aircon was broken, however it is cool enough in the evening. We were there in June and we did fine without aircon. Without a doubt my family will return the following year. I highly recommend this Villa for families with kids. I have 3 myself and they loved swimming in the pool. Thank you for sharing your wonderul home!

Our stay at this villa was for a extra special reason ,whilst we was there we got married so we wanted something a little bit special and this villa was all that and more .
On arrival we was personally greeted and shown to villa and from the minute we opened the door it got better and better ,the decoration is simple and beautifull ,there was nothing that had not been thought of !!! Everything and more than you would have in your own home.
If anyone who is trying to decide what villa to choose stop looking and go for this one ,Its amazing .

This was our first trip to Spain. We had a marvelous, relaxing time. The villa was like a page from a home design magazine. It was a joy to spend time both inside and out. Everything was immaculate and comfortable.

We had so much fun going to the market and cooking in the very well-appointed kitchen. Wine-lovers will get a kick out of the prices and the variety of Spanish wines. Many fabulous restaurants too.

I have already recommended the villa to a number of friends and will continue to do so. I can't wait to return.

Our 2 weeks stay in Javea was fantastic! We usually don't stay very luxury, but this time we were going to celebrate a 25 years anniversary, and had invited family the first week, friends the second week. All of us enjoyed our stay so much - the spaceous house itself, the lovely pool, the scenery, the surroundings - and the pleasant contact with the owner and their friends. We were spoiled those 2 weeks! - getting our beddings and towels replaced weekly. We have recommended this place to many of our frinds:)
