Just about the most relaxing holiday we have ever had! The villa is a perfect home from home; very peaceful and very well equipped. Just wonderful; well done Dave & Marcia. Lots of nice restaurants, our favourite was El Commandatore at the Marina Rubicon - great pasta! We will be back again soon.

Upon arrival Dave explained the facilities, which were all of a superior standard. The location was private and, apart from some intermittant nearby construction noise, peaceful. We enjoyed the 30 minute stroll each evening to either the town/harbour or the Marina, both having delightful restaurants. For families with young children or the old/infirm I would recommend a car. We're in our late 50s and had no trouble as we were not interested in viewing the island having done so over previous years. Playa Blanca is quiter than our normal destination of Puerta Del Carmen and seemed less cloudy! A very pleasant week's break with no worries thanks to Dave & Marcia.

Our stay at casa romantica was a very pleasurable experience, the directions were fairly easy to follow from
the airport and entry details to access the villa were good.
on arrival, the villa surpassed expectations with regards its furnishings, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
At the time of our arrival in October 2007, a fair amount of construction work was in the area, but this had no real
detrimental affect on the overall enjoyment of the holiday apart from some intermittent noise caused by machinery, this we would presume is near complete by
the property at the time of writing.
Dave and Marcia made us welcome and went through the facilities of the House, and then basically left us to it, which was perfect for us as we wanted a peaceful break with as little disturbance as possible, the terrace with its pool and Jacuzzi were absolutely spot on, and had all the facilities we needed with an ample kitchen and bar b q area for alfresco dining.
The property’s location to the main beach, shops and restaurants in our opinion is a pleasant stroll away, but may be a little far for the elderly or infirm,
however it’s just a 5 minute journey by car.
Our overall holiday experience at Casa Romantica was excellent and would highly recommend it for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Arrived at Casa Romantica and within minutes Dave, the owner who lives next door, was there to show us around and give us information on the area.
The villa was spotless, well furnished and very comfortable, with a large private patio, BBQ, large heated pool and outdoor hot tub - the ideal place to enjoy Dave's welcome bottle of champagne and chocs. Location was perfect, peaceful, but only two mins drive to the beaches and excellent restaurants of Playa Blanca.
Would definitely go back, 10/10.
