Reviews of Property: Chinese villa with garden terraces and pool with bridge and waterfall.

We have recently returned from a great holiday spent at 'The Chinese Villa' The accomadation was even better than described and could not be faulted at all. We also had doubts whether the pool would be big enough, but on arriving realised there was no reason for concern, it was a great size and many hours were spent in it! The location of the villa was ideal being only a 5-10min walk down to the beach front with all the restaraunts and bars.We will definitely be looking to book again next year and have already recommended it to may friends!

We were a party of 5 adults and really appreciated the space both inside and out - it was extremely comfortable, clean, well equipped and to a high standard. This villa has a pleasing layout with the principal bedrooms and main living areas opening onto the garden and pool area with a nice sheltered seating area to one side. As other reviews have said the pool is biger than it looks, the location puts it very close to shops restaurants etc and beach but is still quiet and relaxing. Can Picafort has lots of choice when it comes to eating out or having drinks, we had a car which we would recommend for trips further afield yet there seemed to be a very regular bus service close by. Highly recommended.

Our main concern was the pool not being big enough, however when we got there how wrong we was, we had eight people in all, with ample space for all to swim in.
The amenities were very local, a shop down the road no more than 3 minutes walk, beach 7 mins walk, the main supermarket was 6 minutes away (i.e. Tesco/Asda equivalent). There is an option to sit in a quiet family restaurant or if you like the hustle or bustle the restaurants on the main beach front were busy.
The villa is built to a very high quality 5 star rated, and is designed for practical use i.e. having the barbecue area outside. During the day the villa has enough sun or shade if preferred by the pool side. Definately recommend to others to visit.
As everything is local there is no need for car hire however there is a taxi stand 5 minutes away, or alternatively catching the bus.

Having looked at the pictures our main concern was the pool. \how wrong were we. It is plenty big enough for all the family to swim in. The property is very wellkeot and clean and tastefully decorated. Plenty of extra room for sleeping more people. It is right near the main town centre and close to good shops and restaurants. We will be going back for sure next year but for two weeks and look forward to meeting up with the owner Anne again who was very helpfull with any questions we had. Again a first class villa in an excellent location 5*......Thanks again Anne and we will see you next year.
