We stayed at this property for a week in early February 2009. We were blessed with excellent weather. We highly recommend this property. Firstly the owner provided excellent customer service and communication. The description was accurate. The location was perfect for a family of four with two young children. Approximately a 2 minute walk to a large Spar shop, the harbour and about 10 minute walk to a superb beach. The sun terrace at the property was fabulous and safe for young children. Although the swimming pool on the complex was very cold, however we put this down to time of year. We will definitely be going back

Numero Uno - Quiet location but still near plenty of shops etc. Well furnished and all equipment etc working. Patio area has sunshine from mid/late morning to late afternoon. Owner provided lots of helpful information by email and post.

A return visit to Las Terracitas, this time to Tres Hermanas. It was the perfect place for a family winter sun break - very relaxing and easy. The bungalow is very spacious and the children loved playing in the garden and the short walk to Playa Flamingo. We'd love to go back!

Once again we have had a wonderful, relaxing time in our home from home at number 3. There is everything you will need in this beautiful little bungalow. We loved the new soft furnishings and the terrace furniture.
It is hard to realise you are only a few minutes walk from the harbour as it is so quiet in this friendly gated community. The terrace is a great suntrap.
We can't wait to return.

Excellent apartment, fantastic location

My family (stayed at number 3) and my friend's family (stayed at number 1) all had an excellent week in Sam and Therese's apartments in Playa Blanca.
Both apartments were exactly as described, well appointed, cool construction and basically a home from home.
We were a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful Playa Flamingo beach, a 2 minute stroll to the supermarket and bank and a 4 minute stroll to the harbour and main promenade.
We have no hesitation in recommending both these apartments and we will certainly return at some point in the near future.

Lovely villa in great location

A lovely clean villa in a very convenient location, we had no need for a car all week and we were able to visit some beautiful beaches and lovely shops etc.
Tres Hermanas has all the 'home from home' creature comforts such as a good selection of DVD's, Videos, magazines etc. There was even a heater but thankfully we had no need for that!
Communication with the owner was always pleasant and helpful. They even helped to arrange pick up from the airport in a car with child seats.
I would definately recommend it to anybody looking for a relaxing break in the sun.

Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with everything you need if you want to eat in.
Own small terrace which gets the sun all day.
Very very quiet and peaceful position in secure gated community but only minutes walks from supermarkets, harbour, beautiful beach, shops and restaurants.
Comprehensive information supplied by owners very helpful.
Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

Just a quick note to say, this was a surprise from my mum and dad for my 40th and what a lovely week it was, not only was the weather in the 80's, it is perfectly situated for the pool, shops, beach, restaurants etc, excellent accomadation, and very child orientated.
Flamingo beach is 10mins walk and is beautiful.
Thank you Sam and Therese for making my 40th birthday and my 11month old son's holiday gr8 xx

Just a quick note to say we had a wonderful holiday. The bungalow was everything we could have wanted - super location yet close to amenities. You were not wrong when you said the patio gets the sun all day - wonderful! My husband found the snorkelling excellent - some of the best he has done.

freundliches Haus in angenehmer Umgebung

Wir waren in der Zeit vom 14.3. bis 28.3.2009 in Nummer Drei der Tres Hermanos.
Das Haus liegt in einer Anlage, die überwiegend von Residenten (meist englischen) dauerbewohnt wird. Es sind freundliche Nachbarn mit freundlichen Hunden. Das Haus selbst ist sauber und gut eingerichtet und hat eine sehr persönliche Atmosphäre.
Eine große Terrasse mit angenehmen Sitzmöbeln, teilweise unter einem Sonnendach (nicht auf den Fotos) machen den Aufenthalt im Freien erholsam und geschützt.
Die Wege zum Wasser und zur Promenade sind kurz, der Supermarket in absoluter Nähe. Playa Blanca ist mittlerweile ein sehr schöner Ferienort mit ausgedehnter Uferpromenande, vielen Geschäften und zum Teil guten Restaurants. Unsere Empfehlung: Das italienisch/spanische "Contin" und für Tapas das "Bodegon", beide an der Uferpromenade.
Alles in allem ist dieses Haus empfehlenswert und wir haben uns darin sehr wohl gefühlt. Christa und Peter
