A great choice for our Holidays.We found paradise!

A few days ago we return from the house that we rent in Benalmadena. We had a wonderful month and the time it was brilliant ... the Sun and the temperature was of full summer fewer last four days in which began blow little wind by the afternoons. The house was very agreeable comfortable and it cleans in general it was nice and sufficiently wide for me, my husband my son and two grandsons, specially the children enjoyed much the house, the gardens and the swimming pool. One of the chairs of the terrace it broke and the telephonic company did not bring the modem to Fernando until October 20 with which we could not have Internet in several days, but We did useful this time to visit the Rock of Gibraltar, Marbella, Fuengirola, Granada and many sites more, everything in Andalusia was brilliant and the people are very nice. I want to indicate also Fernando's amiability for pick up to us in the airport without any cost for us and for having helped myself to having Internet in house, he was of a great help. Sincerely I recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Andalusia and specially the Costa del Sol since it is very easy to come to any point of Malaga or Andalusia, certainly I recommend to rent a car, which is what we did. It is possible that we return there and we hope that everything goes so well since like it was this time, undoubtedly the reception and the service that gave us Fernando was of the first class. The house was very well decorated , and have two wonderful terraces with a pretty views to the sea that simply delighful. This house is in a completely calm urbanization and in calmness and it is very easy to rest at any hour of the day without noise that you can disturb. I can recommend to everybody this property without dread of being wrong...... if what you wish is to enjoy the tranquility near the principal places of entertainment and beaches and if in addition you wants to do a tour for the whole Andalusia ... this site is one and undoubtedly the appropriate place. Thank you very much for his help to Fernando and his equipment for his great work.

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday in this villa, right from the start things were easy. I had looked at a few properties, but nearly all were difficult to get answers to dates and availability etc...until i contacted the owners of this villa, they were helpful and prompt, and made me feel as if they really wanted us to stay at their property. The villa was first class, tastefully decorated and easy to reach, and with the sea view it says wow...the balcony stretches almost around the whole Villa and the views are wonderful, and as you have a BBQ you dont have to go anywhere, just relax and sit on the balcony, but if you do choose to go anywhere then everything is just a short drive, as i feel you do need a car if you stay here and want to tour a bit. The complex itself is nice and tidy and the pool areas are pleasant and relaxing. I recommend this Villa to anyone thinking of staying in this region, i for one will be back when im next in spain, because of the enjoyment i had, the standard of the property and of course the cost, which is most reasonable, with no hidden extras...A first class holiday.

It is a gorgeous place in all aspects and even more than i say !!!
The Area…
To explore the area, a car is recommended. With a car, the possibilities of visiting interesting places in Andalusia are almost infinite, but allow me to provide a few examples of our experience ….
In the local area you will find great beaches, villages, restaurants and shopping centre’s – only few minutes from the Villa.
A bit further away, the breathtaking view and the monkeys on The Rock of Gibraltar is certainly worth a visit and the drive along the coast is absolutely beautiful.
The old Islamic Castle/Palace Alhambra in Granada is a must if you are interested in history - remember to buy tickets in advance.

Since the first day we inquired about renting the villa, the communication with Fernando has been delightful and absolutely first class. Everything is explained in details, no hidden “surprises” anywhere and their help and guidance is comprehensive and greatly appreciated.
We can recommend this villa, the area and the owners to anyone who may wish to spend their vacation in southern Spain.

Just returned from a week in this Villa. What can I say? It is fabulous. It is in a very nice area - close to bars, cafes, , railway and bus stops. We like to go out and about, but prefer not to hire a car, so this villa is ideally placed. It is close enough for a nice stroll down to the beach or Marina (or you can catch a bus, if you prefer).The Villa itself is very clean and extremely well 'kitted out'. It contains everything you could possibly need (and more!!!). It has a nice homely touch and we felt 'at home' from the minute we walked into it.
I have stayed here many, many times and wouldn't go anywhere else.
It is in a great area for a relaxing holiday if you want one or a great spot for sightseeing and walking.
Its proximity to local (good) transport makes it an easy area to cope with without a car.


The Villa is kept spotless and in a good state of repair with extras being added each year. We had great time there. The spot was good,near enough to everything but without the noise.Great views , loveley balcony to sit out in the morning and have breakfast .A very homely place , a quiet block , no real noise .If your looking to spend a week away come here . For the price you won't get anything better !
A pleasure doing business with the owner , hope to stay there again in the near future .The swimming pool was clean and suitable for adults and small children. A quiet location for this great sized villa well equiped, in a good location with great views, close to the fantastic marina and the village of Arroyo. Easy access for public transport if required.
Three spacious bedrooms ( with very clean beds/linen and plenty of it)
The lounge is very comfortable with a private well furnished balcony.

Lounge and dining area is very large and well furnished, and the balcony is very private and ideal for a spot of afternoon sunbathing as it gets full sun. . Kitchen has everything you need.Thank you for a lovely holiday home.The master bedroom has a huge ceiling to floor wardrobe - an absolute joy - and a lovely little balcony.We enjoyed exploring and discovered some gorgeous beaches with very reasonably priced beach restaurants with fresh fish cooked on charcoal, tapas, etc.Benalmadena is very lively at night with some great little cocktail bars. . We can't wait to go back next year !

Having holidayed throughout the Med for many years now this property is the cleanest and most spacious property we have ever stayed in.Furnished to a very high standard it has all the facilities you could wish for but the large terrace has to be its most outstanding feature. The fact that we could sun bathe on the terrace whilst our two small children had an afternoon siesta brought a new dimension to our holiday and as a result made it so much more relaxing. Because of its excellent facilities we also had a choice every night about whether to go out or not.
There are a wide range of restaurants within 10 mins of the property but we found the two around the corner to be ideal. There is also a large supermarket 5 mins drive away.
Because of its hilly location however we would definitely recommend a car!
Its only half an hour from the airport and the same distance away from Porto Banus. There are more than enough attractions locally to keep anyone happy.
Fernando and Isabel were faultless in their organisation of our stay including car hire, meet and greet and the assistance of their on site management team.
Without doubt we would go back again and would recommend it to anyone without hesitation

We pass a beautiful first week of August in this excellent property that was spotless and well maintained, with plenty of space, rooms and everything we needed! . Impressive views of the Sea Views, a swimming pool with space for a childrens that we did enjoy it very much, which was great to use. The Villa was spotlessly clean and stylishly decorated, with a couple of great balconies (fantastic for eating outside and relaxing at the end of the day), a very large kitchen (all mod cons needed) and 3 bathrooms made for no squabbling over access in the mornings!

We had a great break, easily managing day and night-out trips to Marbella, Malaga, Ronda, Puerta Banus. We spent a lot of our times in the gardens and pool area simply because it was too beautiful to go out, we relaxed read, swam and had barbeques most days in the peace and quiet.I would recommend this villa to everybody. We would love to return again as we all felt so totally relaxed we felt this was mainly due to the villa and accomadation. We felt safe and secure within the property and surrounding area. We loved the pool and mature gardens with lots of palmtrees.THE BEST HOLIDAY WE HAVE HAD FOR A LONG TIME! It kept not only my husband and I happy, but also four teenagers who did not want to come home! We did not have enough time to do all the things we planned to do and intend to rebook in the future.
We certainly will return to this lovely place. To recommend to everybody who loves a perfect holiday

. A good base to have whatever type of holiday you wanted really. I'd certainly go back as there was really nothing I could complain about!

We would recommend this property to anyone considering visiting the region. We certainly hope to stay there again in the future!. We found this villa charming and beautiful. It is set in a quiet residential area with beautiful gardens and pool area. Inside the house was spacious, clean and had everything you could possibly need. .

Maybe I will return on Spring...Thanks for Fernando and his team for a great job with us.

We really enjoyed our family holiday at the Villa, the weather in Spring was lovely. The complex itself was quiet, we had the pool mostly to our ourselves, the Villa itself was great, it had everything we needed, we have a young family and our children loved the lounge and the terrace . The location was superb not far from anything, and walking distance to a few lovely restaurants and only a short walk down to the beach. We also had a few day trips to Granada, Ronda, Malaga and Marbella there was something for all the family. Hopefully we will get to visit again soon and I would strongly recommend this beautiful Villa to all the people and friends..... and the owners were really helpful with planning our holiday. The complex itself was beautiful, the gardens around the pool area was lovely and the complex was very quiet and peaceful, hope to return soon. The property was well-maintained, it was tidy and nice. We've stopped at many places over the years and this one has been the best by far. The villa catered exceptionally well for all our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped (air conditioning, spacious rooms, tasteful decor, lovely sun terraces...yes more than one and safe for the children, tv entertainment system, bathrooms.....the list goes on. All amenities are local and you don't really need a car. There are some excellent beaches, restaurants and many things to do. We're not golfers but the views were over golf course were quite picturesque. The villa has a warm, homely and romantic feel to it. My wife and I really enjoyed our evening time together knowing the kids were safely fast asleep. We generally tend not to go to the same place more than once but will be making an exception in this case. All in all we had an excellent family holiday. The owner was very helpful in answering my many questions and overall the service I received was excellent. My family had a perfect two weeks holidays on May(1-15) in this villa and would love to return in the future.". Excellent property that was spotless and well maintained, with plenty of space, rooms and everything we needed! . Impressive views of the golf course, a swimming pool for children and another for everyone else, which was great to use.

In the Spring we spent one month in a fantastic holiday here with our two sons of 10 years old and 13 years old and my father and mother .We wanted a family holiday but not to be anywhere too quiet and this fitted the bill as it was as described; near the beach, park and had a large selection of restaurants and bars a short stroll away.
The Villa was clean, really comfortable and so handy being on the ground floor, so we did have to use the stairs for go to the bedrooms and only for this use. The pool area was lovely for us and the childrens.
Fernando the owner was really helpful and friendly and we will definitely be returning and have already recommended it to friends and family.
Loved the pool, the beach, park, marina and nearby Mijas.Great Villa, exceptional location.All in all for the holidays!!!!

I have just read the last review and feel it to be totally unfair i would like to say just how much we enjoyed ourselves and found the Villa to be very clean and the owners very helpful. Besides we were staying at this home for a long term since January3-March20…almost three months.

Our first impression of the Semidetached Villa was of course the fantastic views, but the most pleasing surprise was the homely feeling that the came across as soon as we walked in. The local shop is a 2minute walk away and has everything you need, the property is in a lovely quiet area which is exactly what we were looking for, and if you are looking for a good day or night out there are bus stops on both sides of the road with buses about every half hour to Fuengirola and Benalmadena, it takes no time at all to get to these places where you will find plenty of nice restaurants, shops, bars and lovely beaches.

There are two very good restaurants less than a minute walk away from the villa, there is one at the top of some steps which you may not see, but is definately worth going to, although we unfortunately, only discovered on the last night.

I can not fault the owners, we met Fernando on our first day, she was extremely helpful, and gave us good information about the location and made us feel very welcome. They were only a text or phonecall away and although we did not need to contact them during our stay, we would not have hesitated to call them had we needed to. The Villa itself has everything you need, the kitchen is full of all the essentials needed for a self catering holiday, the living room is cosy, and comes equipt with a DVD player and English freeview. The master bedroom and the bedrooms is a great size and the beds is extrememly comfy!!

Overall we had a fantastic time, and will definately come back to visit in the future. Thank you!
Sincerely this is a property that we recommend if you come to see Benalmadena. Certainly that you will happening a great holidays and you will enjoy with it´s...... and you will feel be attended well.
