the best accomodation I've had in london so far! it actually felt like I was a guest in someone's home, and not a self-catering. the flat was very nice, subdued, with every comfort from flat screen tv [I'm not too good at knowing the type, it was just great to look at!] to the dishcloths and -- get this-- wine glasses!!! can you believe that! I knew that there were washing facilities, so I had the luxury of taking few clothes, but there was even a dryer which was even better. very close to St. Pancras and Cing's cross, it was a cinch to get to Windsor, and Oxford, but a luxury to get downtown London. As a matter of fact, we even went back and forth several times a day!
Tesco's around the corner, KFC across the street and any number of quick take aways if you didn't want to cook, quiet neighbourhood if you just wanted to take a relaxing walk any time of the day.
We found the apartment spotlessly clean when we got there, and had another cleaning done, since we stayed more than a week. the bed was a luxury to sleep in, I almost didn't want to go out! The housekeeper was an angel, very nice, polite and helpful.
Fully equipped kitchen, and for me, since even on holiday I love to cook, that was just great.
What else can I add? I am going back in a few weeks and I am recommending it to anyone who asks!
Great quality for our money, and my holiday buddies agree with me on everyrhing [there were five of us, very comfortably accomodated].

This flat is really really well located, everything is near (buses, tube and train stations, food shops...). It's a lovely flat with everything you need inside. The area is nice, quiet and closed to the city center. We really enjoy our stay in this comfortable flat. I recommend it for a family.

A great base for our half-term break

Review Submitted: February 16, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
The flat is exactly as described, and we found it to be conveniently situated for exploring the sights of London and for getting from and to Heathrow Airport (only a few miunutes walk from the Picadilly Line in Kings Cross station). The nearby Tescos store was very useful for self-catering essentials and the West End and all its attractions were just a few stops away on the underground. We were there during a cold spell but found the flat quick to warm up with the easy to use heating system. All in all a very comfortable stay and we would have no hesitation in going back to the flat or recommending it to others.

Great location, train station, tesco, taxi firm etc..round the corner. So easy to get to the attractions and night life. Lovely, cosey apartment with comfy beds. Also, at the time we stayed it began snowing and trains were cancelled, the owner was very helpful, stayed in touch and let us pay to stay another night. Next time we are in london, we will definatly try and arrange to stay here again.

A GOOD PLACE TO STAY

I spend a short holiday in that house with my family and friends 3 weeks ago. We were 6 people.
The best thing of the apartment is the location, about 4 minutes of Kings Kross St Pancras Station, with acces to 5 tube lines. So you arrive wherever you want (in the center) in less than 10 minutes.
Otherwise, is spacious, clean and it has a very cute interior decoration. The beds are so confortable and the kitchen is full equiped.
It´s perfect for a holiday in London because is very close to every place in the center but is in a very quite street.

I booked this flat to bring my four teenagers to London for the first time, and it was a great success! Would definitely consider booking it again and will recommend it to my friends. Easy access to tube and buses, great little shops in the area, quiet street and yet close to everything you need. The area had a safe feel about it and passers by were friendly, I was happy to let the kids out in twos to nip to Tesco etc. Wifi was a real bonus for planning trips etc, so take your laptops! Perfect for four, clean and well laid out, well equipped. A bit squashed for five, given that the sofa bed when down takes up most of the living room, and not easy to fit five around the table to eat together. Key pick up point a bit of a walk with luggage but maybe there is public transport, must admit we didn't look! On arrival the house was clean but not spotless and we left it as we found it, so felt the cleaning charge a bit OTT. On the whole a great success and I don't regret in the least having booked this apartment. Thanks again to Debbie and Ray!

We had a great time staying in this centrally located London property.
The property was very clean and warm despite the first snowfall in London in Oct in eighty years! We managed to see all the sights and our three young children are looking forward to returning soon Maria

Nice, comfy and good value for money

I rented this apartment for my parents to stay during their visit in London for 7 nights. Debbie was very helpful during the booking and it was very nice to have Ray there to Welcome them upon arrival, showing them around the place.

The place is neatly decorated, very clean and pleasant! The street itself is off the main road and therefore very quiet. My parents were very happy with their stay. Beds were very comfortable, wifi provided, and it feels much more homey than staying in a hotel for sure!

The flat is a stone throw away from Kingls Cross and there is a very well connected bus network in the area. You can get anywhere in London very easily. Islington is only 5 mins away on bus 73 - excellent place to find a nice resturant.

Definitely recommend to everyone.

Family trip to London

Accies Glasgow
Review Submitted: October 24, 2008 Date of Stay: October 2008
Accommodation was clean and large enough for our family (2 adults, 2 children). Would also be fine for 4 adults and had a well equipped kitchen with washing machine in a separate room. TV with freeview also went down well with the kids!

Stairs to downstairs bedrooms are quite narrow, so was a bit awkward to take larger cases to bedrooms. The toilets were quite small but were fine for a short stay. Bedrooms were nicely furnished and warm.

Apartment was in a quiet street just 1 block from Kings Cross, so very well located for travelling into central London. Kings Cross area is a bit run down but was safe and had a Tesco around the corner for essentials.
