Tuscany does not get much better than this!

A sensitively restored farmhouse with plenty of room including 2 delightful bedrooms one of which has a fabulous balcony. The other overlooks the substantial & picturesque pool and spectacular views of rural Tuscany.
The water pressure is great so proper showers are available after a strenuous session of drinking local wine on the terrace or even running thhrough the locality past farms & vineyards (if you are sad enough to maintain your training ritual whilst on what should be a hedonistic holiday).
Many gorgeous local trips to , eg. Montepulciano or Montalcino make you want to star in a Carlo Ponto movie (circa 1953).
Do not forget the insect repellant as the working farm in which you are situated can sometimes flying insects at the rear of the property (as opposed to the lounge lizards from the nearby bars and cafes).
Your own transport is essential to take full advantage of the brilliantly situated property.

Great property in the heart of Tuscany.

We had a thoroughly relaxing time at the house in mid-September, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
It is conveniently situated close to an array of interesting and historic hill towns amidst wonderful Tuscan countryside - there are great views from the terrace.
The house itself was spacious, nicely furnished and had all the mod cons we could ask for.
A car is a must, as although there are bikes at the house and lovely walks on the doorstep, most main towns/villages are a short drive away.

We had a wonderful week staying in this villa. It is extremely clean, spacious and well equipped and we have absolutely no complaints about anything. The pool is shared by the three villas but, even when all are occupied, there is plenty of room pool-side.

There is much to do in the surrounding country-side and towns ranging from historic sites and villages to the outlet malls for brand shopping and bargains.

The sunsets are incredible and the light is magic in the evenings.

We absolutely loved our time there and really hope to visit there again some time.

We would recommend this villa to anyone who likes to relax and explore.

We stayed in this property in the last two weeks of August, timing our visit wrongly to miss Il Palio in Siena and the Botte di Bravi in Montepulciano by one day either side! But never mind that - the house was fantastic. Super well-equipped with a sensible policy of leaving useful items from previous visitors for the next residents. We had the property, pool and aspect entirely to ourselves for the first 10 days as the neighbours were not there. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quite of the Valdichiana countryside. Bliss. We and the children liked the feeling of being 'in nature' that you get there - frogs, rabbits, lizards, even scorpions were interesting to observe close up! The house is beautiful to look at and practical to live in. We had two young children with us and it suited us down to the ground. You could turn up having forgotten almost anything and find what you needed in the house (toys, CDs, DVDs, sunglasses, nokia recharger, umbrella- you name it). Plenty of books around, a super-equipped kitchen and best of all the pool and view from the terrace. What more can I say?

Thank you Patrick and Sarah for the use of your beautiful
farm house. Its is set in very peaceful surroundings with magnificent views. Very central to all the sites nothing more than 1 hours drive. The use of the bikes was an added bonus plenty of tracks and country lanes to explore.
After this years summer I only wish I was still their.
