Great days in triplepalms

We enjoyed every day in the vacation rental even it rained, because of the wonderful hot tub and pool with the great palms in the garden.
For rainy days there were a high quality TV and HiFi-Equipments for use.
Otherwise we were near by the beach of Fort Lauderdale, where we had much fun.
If we choose Florida in case of the Fort Lauderdale area again, we'll return to triplepalms again.

Great place to stay

We stayed at the property mid-August 2009 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and one baby). The property was exactly as described - and actually the pictures shown do not do it full justice. It is really a very nice place, well equipped and clean. We had plenty of towels. Pool and hot tub are in very good shape. We used the large gas grill every second night. And the large TV set and DVD player is perfect for a family video evening. The Internet and WiFi connection worked well.
The house is located in a quite area. Food shopping is a mile away, the drive to the public beach is 10-15 minutes. We used the house as our base to explore the Greater Ft Lauderdale and Miami area. Drive to Miami Ocean Drive and the everglades is about an hour, Key Largo two hours, Key West 3 1/2 hours - Sawgrass outlet shopping mall 45 minutes.
Paper-work (contract) and payment (PayPal) was as it should be. Deposit was returend on time.
Have already recommended the property to friends. Will stay there again if we come to Southern Florida.

Great holiday getaway

The property was all that it said it would be. A most comfortable home and the pool was excellent.We had a most enjoyable stay with all home comforts. Property was also handy for visiting other places in the area. We took a trip to Miami and the Keys all easy to reach by excellent road system. A great place if you just want to relax by the pool or for sightseeing. We would recommend the boat trip to see all the fabulous, very expensive houses!!!

We had a wonderfull time in splendid house.
everything is well maintained and all you need is available.
The beds are more than ok, and so is the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.
The house is situated in a quit neigbourhood and from there beaches, shops and supermarkets (Publix) are nearbye. We had a great time there.
The (mail) contacts with the owner Dale Palmer had a quick respondence. In every way a place to recommend.

Beautiful home in a great location

Rox and I arrived with our two min pins to find that the home was identical to the pictures on the website. The home is spacious and well kept. The pool and hot tub are great. The back yard is perfect for small pets.
The owner was just great at every turn. Dale did everything he said he would do quickly and promptly.
The home is located in a great location. We had less than a 5 min drive to an outdoor park along the intercoastal waterway where we could run with our dogs. We had more restaurant choices within 5 minutes than we could possibly explore in a week. It was less than 10 minutes to the center of Las Olas. There is an LA Fitness within walking distance of the house for those who want to hit the gym. There are public beaches just a couple miles away. If you're interested in Spring Training, the ballpark is less than a 10 min drive.
Our only problem with this rental property was that we didn't want to leave when our week was over. My wife and I have come down to Ft. Lauderdale for four consecutive years during Spring Training and this is by far the best place we've rented. If you're looking for an upscale but relaxed location to spend a vacation, this is your spot.

A nice home in Fort Lauderdale

We found the home very good and it really was all we needed to have a nice week in Fort Lauderdale. Home was easy to "find" from any direction we were coming from. As a parents of two kids we found great that there is a washing machine :) and lots to do even in rainy days ( jacuzzi,pool, DVD / Home-theatre system, 3 TV´s).
Neigbourhood is quiet and friendly.
Beach is near, as well the supermarkets, gym and even the golf courses are easy to catch.
We recommend the home especially for families with children and could easily think to come again on our next vacation.
