Thanks Pat & Keith for renting us your lovely holiday apartment.
There was absolutely everything what we have need it for our stay. Kitchen utensels, extra blankets, washing mashine. We loved the location, the bilding itself is amazing surouded by gardens with black cats. Great for kids. In Cabopino port is about ten various restaurants with casual night entertiments and artists. Great entertiment but very dear!! We tried some tapaz!! ...10 euro for each mini dish ..one small plate with 5 slices of cheese made me hysterical laugh!! Do your shopping and cook yourself !!! I found absolutely essential to hire a car for keeping holidays on budget. We rent Corsa from Marbenjo Car Hire in Malaga for 110 Euro for week!! Pick up and drop of from airport...great service! We shopped around and it saved us a lot. We loved our late evenings on terace with jar of olives with garlic, fresh pomegrants, cheese selections and cheep San Miquel & Cava from Lidl in Fuengirola. We become local and familiar with everyone in couple days, include gardeners and life guards by swimming pool who take care even for your umbrella. The pool area spacious and perfect for sunbathing and so safe for my 19 months son. The direct access to the beach was really usefull.

Great stay in Cabopino

Review Submitted: September 30, 2009 Date of Stay: September 2009
We really enjoyed our stay in Cabopino, the apartment was just as described and it was really handy to have things like the iron available in the apartment. The complex was great, the lifeguards at the pool were really helpful and the pool area spacious and perfect for sunbathing. The direct access to the beach was really useful for when you want lunch in one of the beach bars too, or to take a stroll along the beach.
The location was perfect, the area of Cabopino is quiet and peaceful and made for a relaxing stay. We hired a car and found it easy to find our way round and travelled into Puerto Banus when we were looking for some more lively nightlife.
This is the first time we have booked a rental direct, but found the owners really helpful and very easy to deal with, so would definitely recommend this apartment to all.

PUERTO CABOPINO HOLIDAY APARTMENT

Review Submitted: July 8, 2009 Date of Stay: June 2009
This apartment is just as described. It is in a really lovely location within a well designed complex with plenty of restaurants/bars to choose from. Ideal for a relaxing break away. My communications with the owners were quick and reliable and the information they provided prior to departure was very accurate. Would recommend Puerto Cabopino to anyone !

Great location with bars and restaurants to suit all ages. Very close to marina and some lovely views from Apartment! Beach right outside pool gate which is lovely and clean. Apartment good and welcome pack was handy as we arrived late at night! Ramps all around the resort and plenty of lifts.

Almost a summer holiday in February

T-Andrew Budapest, Hungary
Review Submitted: March 10, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
We spent a wonderful week in Cabopino. First of all, the apartment is at good location. We liked that it was calm and silent, no more large building around, only detached houses and seacoast. I think, it is silent even during the high season. Our daughters especially appreciated the garden and the sandy beach next to the building. Cabopino is appropriate both when the weather is hot and sunny and for walk when a bit chilly. It was very convenient to have a lot of shops and restaurants around, e.g. the small cafeteria next to the SuperSol. We were also traveling a lot: to Seville, Ronda, Gibraltar, Casares, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Malaga, etc. Not only we but all our daughters (including the two years old) enjoyed this week very much.

We liked the apartment as well. It has a very good design. Our daughters occupied the bedroom upstairs which served as a romantic castle for them. We, lazy adults enjoyed the other bedroom on the entrance level. The living room was OK as well with a nice view of the garden and the marina. Unfortunately, our general feeling was, that the owners are far away and the property would need a bit more careful maintenance. Finally, a small micro could be useful for families with kids. The communication with the owners was perfect.

Summing up, if we have opportunity, we will choose this apartment again; we had there one of our best holidays.

Spacious flat in a quiet and charming resort

Roddie Val-des-Monts, Quebec, Canada
Review Submitted: September 27, 2008 Date of Stay: September 2008
Cabopino is ideal for couples looking for a quiet resort in a beautiful surrounding. It offers within walking distance all the facilities and services that tourists are looking for: a dozen restaurants (Da Bruno and Hermoso in particular are excellent), a well maintained pool, telephone, ATMs, etc.

Moreover, Cabopino is only 10-15 minutes by car of either the heart of frentic Fuengirola (with its long and lovable boardwalk), or beautiful Marbella (with its beautiful and elegant boutiques).

From Sitio de Calahonda, one can book exciting excursions to other points of interest. Our friends and us appreciated particularly the ones to Gibraltar and Grenada.

We will recommend Cabopino to our friends since our stay in that beautiful resort is undoubtedly one of our most beautiful vacation experiences.

As far as the flat is concerned, everything was as described in the ad or the information kit we got from the owners.

We can only wish that there will be within the near future a direct flight to Malaga from Eastern Canada (Toronto, Ottawa or Montreal). That would make things much easier.

We had a great holiday the most relaxing we have had. The description of the apartment was exact, what you see is what you get. The location was great waking up in the morning and all you could hear was the sea. Booking the holiday, flights and transfers was easy. Being the first time we have booked everything separately i was a bit concerned but it worked out great. We hope to return!! The service provided by the owners was great returning answers to any e-mail i sent within 24 hrs. The only thing i would suggest is a welcome pack when you arrive consisting of basics ie water, bread and milk especially if you arrive late there is nowhere to shop. We would recommend the apartment and location to anyone. Thank you Keith and Pat for our great holiday Ali, Langdon and Hannah(14)

Great Place!!

We stayed here in 2006 and know the owners. Putting that to one side we would recommend this place for someone who wants to get away and have everything on their doorstep; good size private pool (to complex residents), restuarants, small bars & easy transport to the airport. If you got a car you could visit the mountains nearby which we should have done. We would definately booking to go back here again.
