Nice property. Convenient for supermarkets, local pub, tube ( Barons Court, Piccadilly Line) and buses ( Nos. 9&10 take you to Oxford street). Didn't find a good restaurant nearby but there are one or two in central London! We arrived during a cold spell ( December) and the heating was not on, so it took a day or two to heat up - radiators were a bit small and there was no direct heating source. Won't be a problem in the summer. A couple of minor maintenance issues were addressed by the helpful owner, Ian.
Well equipped, compact, clean, kitchen. Milk, tea and coffee available on our arrival - nice.
Shower room, although small, was tastfully decorated. Good walk in shower.
Bedroom has minimilist furniture with the best view of the garden. Quirky but functional storage ( built in wardrobe)
Living area was pleasantly furnished - sofa bed was the only comfortable seating. Take breakfast on the dining table looking onto the garden.
Quiet peaceful area.
Definitely recommend this property over any hotel room. The property did what it said on the tin! The description was accurate.
