Reviews of Property: An amazing studio mezzanine in the heart of Montparnasse

The location and all other details mentioned in the contract was exactly as described and the facilities all available as described and in good condition. The apartment was clean and well maintained. the owner when you meet you will feel comfortable to deal with him . i already recommended the apartment to my best friend for his honeymoon trip .

We've been coming to Paris by eurostar every year since the children were young - (now 9 & 12) and normally end up in a cramped 3-4 star hotel, with breakfast in a basement. The apartment was a real dream find for us - especially with the Uk pound/ euro rates being so poor. The apartment is small -bathroom very small - but the location was great and for us - and more than compensated for size. Easy access to a fabulous Street market -best in Paris for fish and meat, veg, restaurants, butchers, bakers and supermarket.
Metro is 5 mins walk - direct from gard du nord - so very easy from euro star. Also easy access to Disney land - approx 50 mins on train. Kamran, was great - and attended to our every need - the apartment was immaculately clean - and nice and airy. Great DVD player for the children - take your own DVD's. Luxenburg gardens close by - great for an evening stroll with the children (great play area - but closes at 7p.m) and then down to St Germain for dinner and nightlife. We were a family of 4 - and stayed for 5 nights - we would opt for a one bedroom apartment if we stayed any longer. Montparnasse is the best kept secret in Paris - really lovely traditional restaurants - as well as the ones that the kids like!. We will definately stay again next year.

A warm welcome greeted us at the apartment. It was in a great location to explore Paris and visit disneyland.

Appartment with wonderful Tour Eiffel views and all the amenities. It is just above Montparnasse Station with four underground lines and one RER so it's perfect for sightseeing but don't worry about trains noise because is really noiseless.

We are greatful to Kamra, a really charm and helpful guy, for our great experience in Paris.

Stayed here with my husband for a weekend break. We thought the apartement was very good. Location is excellent. The room is nicely furnished, cozy and well maintained. Everything was clean and in working order. Only one negative: the kitchen and bathroom have a low ceiling (about 1,8m I think). If you have a bad back this might be a problem for you. I bumped my head a few times but the damage isn't lasting :-) The bed is excellent though!
Kamran, the owner, was very helpful. He phoned before we arrived to arrange our reception, he was punctial, friendly and spoke excellent English. I have the impression he knows the area well and can provide good advice on where to eat/go.
I will definately recommend this place to anybody who wants to visit Paris.

Rue Delambre was an excellent choice to stay - location wonderful - metro/markets/cafes/bars all very close.
The apartment whilst small was excellent, wonderfully clean, and appliances etc. new and in working order. Kamran provided great customer service - it was good to meet the owner. I would certainly recommend the apartment especially to a couple with perhaps 1 child. A little cramped for four adults although we managed. A great place to stay and I do hope that we are able to revisit one day. Thanks Kamran

Me and my two girls enjoyed staying in the rue delambre very much ! The owner ist very polite and always to be reached, the appartment is perfectly equipped, a kind of "très mignon".
Ideal for two adults or one adult and two kids, but not more !

The apartment was very cozy for our four day stay. It was coveniently located near three metro stations allowing us to see everything we wanted to. The area was wonderful, lots of cafes and little shops. We would both recommend this place to anyone looking to delve into French culture, as well as anyone looking to relax.
