Oasis of relaxation with fantastic views

If you choose this apartment be aware: I can happen, that you spend more time on the balcony than on sightseeing... There are fantastic views at all day times, you see the tides coming and going, and your are sitting nearly over the river. The only sounds you hear at night are the waves of the Thames caused by the boats splashing on the river banks.Everything was just perfect. We have never had such a relaxing city-apartment, perfectly equipped, everything is new and fresh and on a very high technical standard, including a huge TV and PS3 (perfect for Teenagers !), a first class Kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. It's only a 5 minutes walk (along the Thames; and through the old Docks, really lovely) to the Tower Bridge, the next Tube and Bus Station and also to supermarkets and restaurants. Living here is very easy and we can fully rcommend this location. The owners, gave us a very warm welcome and if we return to London, this little oasis is our first choice. Just excellent !!!!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen und trotzdem nicht weit weg von den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Plätschern der Themse vor den Fenstern hat schon was! Die Fotos in der Wohnungsbeschreibung übertreiben nicht, der Blick ist tatsächlich so. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

This apartment's locale allowed us to walk to nearby restaurants and pubs along River Thames as well as to various attractions. The view speaks for itself as do the luxury conveniences of the apartment's features such as the modern kitchen appliances and entertainment system. It was a perfect home to retreat to after a long day of walking about and offered the sort of home comforts not found at a hotel.

My husband, son and I recently spent six nights at the Tower Bridge Apartment on the Thames. It was great, exactly as was described on the website. It was impeccably clean and fresh, kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything you would need for a home away from home. It was also very quiet at night, no traffic noise! It was lovely in the mornings and evenings looking out on the river. The underground station (Bermondsey) is only a very easy 5 minute walk. Restaurants and cafes are also 5 minutes walk along the Thames. Overall, we would book this apartment again and would recommend the property.

great apt. views spectacular. Apt has it all. Neighborhood a little off setting at first appearance, but not a problem. Tube a 10 minute walk. Owners did a great job of setting up an instruction manual and listing areas to shop/dine at

We´ve had a lovely time over here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need.
When you wake up in the morning your first look is on Tower Bridge and the skyline of London, terrific.
Tower Bridge and Butler´s Wharf are just a few minutes away by feet along the Thamse path.
Tube and bus stations are nearby.
We can recommend this apartment. Stuart is very kind and helpful.

It's a wonderful apartment - with spectacular views, with
a very kind and helpful owner, with really comfortable
furniture and equipment, with a favourable location for
sightseeing tours in London (near to the subway station
and bus stops). Our son appreciated the PS 3!

my husband and I stayed at this well-designed, comfortable flat on the south bank of the Thames for 6 nights. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, modern decor, up-to-date electronics, unique lighting, commodious storage and especially the balcony on the river! We shopped at Borough Hall Market and at Canary Wharf - both excellent and fun, and both within a quick tube ride. The couple who own the apartment couldn't have been more helpful - yet careful not to invade our privacy. We couldn't be more positive!

Great Place for Exploring London

We stayed a week with our two daughters and thought the apartment was ideal for exploring London. It is a short walk to the tube and close to most of the major attractions and regional trains. The apartment is along the Thames Path so for walking and running in the mornings it was idea. It is also walking distance to the fantastic Borough Market which is not to be missed. The apartment is in a bit of a mediocre strip but the unit itself is finished to a very high standard, is extremely clean and the kitchen has everything one needs to do simple cooking and thus avoid eating out all the time. The owners were helpful and ensured everything was "as advertised". We always prefer an apartment to a hotel for stays of over a few days and highly recommend this particular one: we thought it was perfect for what we wanted and needed.

We enjoyed very much staying in the appartment and we strongly recommend it (not only to a friend). We especially appreciated the view, the bath room, the bed room, the equipment (flat TV, play station with sing stars for our daughter, ...) and the parking close to the appartment (with no costs during the weekend).
