We really enjoyed our stay here , on arrival juan was there imidiatly to meet us with the keys and show us around the property of which had everything we needed in perfect working order and very very clean i stayed with my 3 yound children and it was perfect , the balcony was my only concern but when we arrived the balcony was very high so the boys was ok so no need to worry about that .Every thing you coud want is within walking didtance there is a shop as you leave the appartment that sells everythink and some very local bars if you didnt want to venture out, we will def" return and recomend to friends . isabel. xxx (THE POOL AS YOU CAN SEE WAS AS GOOD AS IT LOOKS , LOVED IT!!!)

el complejo esta bien ubicado.goza de unas instalaciones estupendas.cerca de la playa.el propietario es una persona seria y formal.y la estancia fue acojedora .estamos deseando repetir.

Im April 20. - 29.04.09 waren wir in der sehr gepflegten Appartement Anlage Vacanza, hier gibt es nur einige Touristen Wohnungen.
Vielleicht ist es deshalb sehr gepflegt und ruhig.
Der Vermieter Herr Romero war nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Wohnung sehr gepflegt, neuwertig und komplett ausgestattet.
In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden sich Supermaerkte, Bars und Pubs mit Life Musik.
Zur breiten und schönen Strandpromenade geht man nur wenige hundert Meter.
Benidorm selbst bietet gute Unterhaltung, sehr preiswerte Getränke und Spiesen, z.B. Kaffe und Kuchen für 2,50€.
Engl.Frühstück ab 1,90€.
Es gibt auch noch eine Altstadt mit engen Gassen etc.
Mit dem zuverlaessigen und preiswerten Shuttel Service ist der Flughafen Alicante leicht zu erreichen.
Fazit:
Insgesamt ein sehr schoener Urlaubsort für Ruhesuchende und Unternehmungslustige.

The apartment we stayed in was clean .
The pool area was kept clean and tidy and had a lifeguard,there was a bar/snack bar at the pool but this wasnt fully open while we were there.
The downside to the apartment was that it was very basic with cheap cutlery and pans, and basic items were missing like a corkscrew!
The kitchen also had a travel kettle in it, the owner told us this would be changed soon ,but this never happened and was annoying because the kettle was so small not holding much water.
When i booked the apartment i was lead to believe by the owner that it recieved some english tv channels on the digi box and tv in the apartment,however upon arrival we found that it recieved 1 english tv channel and it was one i never heard of!
The apartment is set on a hill and has a fairly hard walk up from the town (especially in the heat).
Going back to the pool area ,we found some of the people unfriendly there so we didnt use it very much.
The apartment also had a nice balcony with a table and chairs on it (the table needed cleaning).
overall the apartment was cheap to rent so i suppose you get what you pay for.

Owner's Response: I have many familys who come back to my apartment every year.They find the apartment realy nice,and so the people at the complex.I dont think they would agree with more of the comments of this review.
The cutlery and pans are like the ones you get on any apartment.The apartment is fitted for 5 people.Also i have some extra cutlery for the guest to use,maybe not of the same quality,but you don`t have to use them if you don`t want to.The extra cutlery has been remove now anyway.
There is a corkscrew/bottle opener at the apartment,the guest,must not see it. The kettle has been change also to a biger one.The other one was to use it while i was getting a new one.
There is a spanish digital box with 30 channels what give you the option of see films in english,so sports and music in english,on the mayority of the 30 channels.
The table at the balcony is perfectly clean,it has only louse the color because of the sun.
It is a good quality apartment.
I always try to keep good rates for the rent of the apartment.That have nothing to do with the great quality of the property.

The location of the complex was just what we were hoping for.
The property was very clean and besides a couple of minor things such as the kettle being tiny, the facilities were adequate for our needs.
The owner Juan was the nicest and most accommodating person that we have come accross in all the years that we have been holidaying.
We would reccomend this appartment to anybody visiting Benidorm.
The complex was quiet and free from rowdy holidaymakers which was one of our main worries.
The pool was excellent and the bars and restaurants were also excellent and close by. All the theme parks are easily accessible and the beach and Old Town are just a walk away.
The only downside to the complex which did not really affect us, is the fact that it is situated on an hill.
All in all this was our best stay in the ten years that we have been visiting Benidorm.
