Great Home Base

This was our first experience with renting an apartment, rather than staying at a hotel. We had a very positive experience and will definitely try it again. Actually we have already booked a private villa in Grand Cayman for next March!
Thank you to Cesar for the great location! We were far enough away from the noisey tourist area but just a short subway ride away to take advantage of most tourist attractions that Barcelona had to offer.
There was a handy neighbourhood grocery store and the most delicious bakery around the corner. We sure missed the pastries when we arrived home.
The apartment was beautiful and quite comfortable for the 4 adults that were there. There was definitley room to accomodate more than 4. It was very handy to have 2 bathrooms, it made getting ready to leave the apartment so much easier.
We did not actually try any of the neighbourhood restaurants but there were 2-3 place right on the same block as the apartment.

My 5 girlfriends and I from St Neots, Cambs, England thoroughly ejoyed our stay in this stylishly furnished apartment. It was very comfotrable, not least because of the AIR CON in the hot weather we were lucky enough to have. Ideally located to travel anywhere, beause of the clean, cool, reliable and freindly Metro close by. The landlord Cesar spoke excellent English, which made us feel immediatley at home and he seemed genuinley concerned that we enjoyed our visist to this fantastic city - will certainly return again! Highly recommend this lovely apartment - many thanks Cesar.

Holiday In Barca

Myself and three friends stayed at this house early March 2009. Cesar, the owner, was very helpful both before going and whilst we were there. The house did not disappoint, it has four rooms all comfortable and two bathrooms. Overall, it is smaller than you might think BUT it is a traditional city apartment so no complaints. The biggest draw here is it's location; far enough out to be quiet but close enough - only three underground stops - to the Rambla. The station is literally one minute away. Shops, restaurants and cafes are also in the immediate vicinity. Top class.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this apartment, the kitchen was very well equipped to cook for the family. Very convenient location close to the main train station and the metro. The owner greeted us at the station on our arrival, and was most helpful.

Enjoyed the stay in this apartment. Apartment was cozy for our family and we made good use of its good location. Just 2 minutes from the metro, less than 10 minutes walk to the Sants Train station. Just 5 metro stops from the Ramblas. The 4 bedrooms definitely suited our large family of 6. Safe neighbourhood - never felt threatened in any way even though we don't speak Spanish. So it was good for our kids when they wander out on their own.

Flat in Barcelona

Very nice flat very well refurbished in a strategic position for travellers without a car (it is very close to underground stop) but suitable also for car travellers as it´s got a car park very close. Fully equipped even for most asking people: phone and WIFI internet are available. The flat is confortable and clean. In the suburb you can find markets, shops and everithing you may need in 5 minutes walk. The host is very kind and available for every need. I certainly suggest people to try it once to get the most of Barcelona tour.

We had an excellent holiday in Barcelona- all made possible by the amazing apartment we were staying in. This apartment has everything you need, is very stylish and comfortable and in a great location. Also our host, Cesar was extremely helpful and was constantly on call to assist with anything we might need. Far far better than staying in any hotel!!! Thank you...

My family of four spent a week in this apartment, and we were pleased in every way. It is located a true Barcelona neighbrohood, not touristy. The metro is at the corner, so there is easy access to everything in the city. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and spacious enough for us all to stretch out a bit. Having a washing machine was oh so helpful at the end of those sticky days. We loved being able to eat in, or walk to nice tapas bars and there is a great market across the street. Carlos, Cesar, and Monica were helpful in every way when we needed them, but left us on our own which we liked.

modern furnishing in great location

We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona. The apartment was beautifully furnished with modern amenities. The apartment had practically everything that one would want for a wonderful stay with exception of washer & dryer (which was in the process of being installed). It was in a great location right next to the metro station. Caesar & Carlos were great hosts.
