Great Place for a peaceful break

As the other reviews said the pictures do this house no justice. It is huge and everything you need is there. I had a great birthday weekend away with my friends.

The owners are very welcoming and helpful.

We will definitely be recommending it to friends and visiting again

Many thanks

Lovely holiday accommodation

We spent 2 weeks at Treelea this summer. The 1st week we were 3 families with 8 children between us ranging in age from 14 to 5. We all had a great time as the house is so spacious we could all have our own space when necessary. We particularly appreciated the TVs in most rooms. The children enjoyed the trampoline and carp lake. The photos definitely do not do the house justice. A car is essential as it is at least 20mins drive to anywhere. Ely is worth a visit as is Sandringham House. One warning is that the house attracts many bugs so bring your repellent with you!

A fantastic weekend at a great price

Myself and 12 friends have just spent a fantastic weekend at this property. We were very impressed with the standard of the accomodation; the photographs on this site do not do the property justice. The owners were there to welcome us and then gave us plenty of space to enjoy ourselves without interferance. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of space for everone to sit round together during meals. The location is quite remote and provides a great place for a getaway with friends.

Christmas in Treelea

Ten of us, ages 9 to 77, and a dog, had a fantastic week in this large and well-equiped home. We had a warm welcome to a cosy and festive house. Many thanks to Nigel and Trudi for their kindness, the decorations and advice on where to shop. The huge kitchen meant we could cook Christmas dinner while others had breakfast and in the large lounge-diner had room around the dining table for visitors on Boxing Day. It's a short train-ride to Ely or Cambridge for a day out and there are plenty of bird reserves nearby to keep the spotters happy. March is a great little town with a range of shops that meant we didn't need to bring everything with us, and the farm next door provided fresh veg and a friendly welcome. We were only missing a chopping board and sharp knife that a late-comer to our party provided.

Don't let the fact this is a new build put you off, its a very spacious, warm house in a very rural area within distance of lots of good days out. The kitchen is huge and we very comfortably sat 9 for all out meals. The beds are very comfortable and the 3 bathrooms are very practical, We had a fantastic time here. The owners are very helpful and welcoming,

Fantastic Weekend Away

We had a great weekend away - perfect for a big group of friends with something to celebrate. House is big with plenty of room and the kitchen is well equipped. The american style fridge freezer is a particularly nice touch. Lounge has lots of room and the sofas are confortable. Would suggest a car for ease of getting around but we also used taxis at times. Had some very good fish and chips in March and the Peterborough Greyhounds were good fun. Lastly Trudi and Nigel were great hosts and very helpful - I would recommend this house to my friends.

Tolle Ferien!
