excellent property

Our family group of 11 comprised a granny, 6 adults and 4 teenagers.We had a ball celebrating my daughters 16th Birthday.The villa had more than enough space for us all.It was clean and well maintained.The owner has a friend over the road who helped transport some of our group and luggage from airport to villa which saved us making 2 trips on arrival. You definately need a car to get the best from the area ie.beaches, restaurants and shopping etc, but we knew this as we'd stayed nearby before. Overall I have NO HESITATION in recommending this property. We used the BBQ twice and chilled out on the large terrace.We ate out the rest of the time and would recommend Eduardos in Villamartin for a special treat. Also challenge yourself with the 5 euro Go Large "Full English" breakfast at the Captains Table cafe at the bottom of the hill. We had the "Full Scottish" version ie add two pints of lager!!!!.

Beautiful villa, secluded and private with own pool. Very high standard of decor and furnishings throughout. Close to local amenities and only a short drive to the beach.

Photos don't do it justice in terms of its size and space. Excellent value for money considering high standard of accommodation and size.

Went for a short break with mates but will be returning next year with the family. Its perfect for all types of holidaymakers.

We have recently returned from our stay at Peter's villa,5 lads on a golfing break andwould like to say we found the villa to be perfect for our stay in every way.Its very spacious inside with lovely modern decor with a large sized pool.

We played Campaomor/La Finca and best of all Los Ramblas golf courses which are all are a short drive away.A short 10-15 min walk away is the plaza which has various bars/restaurants to suit all parties.

To sum up a great villa and we would definitely love to return again next year and have another crack at Ramblas and other local courses in the area.

i cannot say enough about this villa. 8 lads stayed here for 9 nights April 09, .....perfect.

Villa comfortably held us all, and had everything we could possibly need. if you are looking for a central golf location this is it. we played courses within a 20 minute drive La finca, Lo Romero and Roda, all great courses, we had already played the 3 local courses on a previous visit.

We hope to visit again next year and won't be looking any further than this Villa

We have just returned, from our 10 day Golf tour ( 4 days ago!) and the Villa is everything it seems and more.

What you dont see is the 3 twin rooms catered by 2 bathrooms, the downstairs Double room with en-suite & Jacuzzi, and how spacious upstairs actually is and the view it affords.

The Apartment & Area were exactly what we required and laughed and drank out I think we all agree we would be back in a heartbeat.. Ideal for all the "local" courses, you also have Bars ( we used the Priory - A LOT!) and the local Indian ( superb ) with various small shops etc.. The main supermarket is 5 mins by car.

If you want what you see in the pic's go for it.

Only downsides, in April the Pool was "BALTIC"... except when we had too much Sun, or too much to drink !...

and the Electricity is a coin meter ( 2 euro coins ).

You won't be dissapointed. If you don't use it.. we will !

This is a fantasitic villa for a large or even two families.We had a great time there and would love to return.It has lovely furniture for a holiday villa (not the usual wicker rubbish) leather sofas etc and is tastefully decorated.It has what looks like a very new kitchen with a large double american fridge freezer.Upstairs has lovely large lounge with a balcony with great views.The kids loved the pool with the slide (as did I) and I loved sitting outside on the terrace at night.Some wonderful beaches a 5 minute drive away Cala Capitan at Cabo Riog was my fav although Campamor was very nice also.The Villamartin plaza was also a great place to go at night with lots of reataurants and really nice atmosphere.All in all we had a fantastic holiday and as there were 2 families not the most expensive either.

The Villa was exceptional, very clean and well maintained and plenty of room for our party of 8 people. The outside area was also very pleasant and well maintained.

The key holders were very approachable and helpful and assisted us with transportation on a couple of occasions.

The Villa is in a residential area with only a few pubs, shops and restaurants close by and residents were mostly ex-pats but the owner had informed us of this and it was not too far to Villa Martin where there were more pubs and restaurants.

I would highly recommend this Villa and thought it was excellent value for money.

this is a great place to get away to, it has the advantage of having its own private pool, so its all yours. the house is a very comfortable size with its own kitchen and facilities. the views are great from the balcony and its peacefull at night,but still has all the food and entertainment in the bars just down the road if you want it.or get a car hire(recomended) and go further into town,there are many resturants,bars and beaches to choose from,all are very nice,(we tried many of them during our stay)
my family and friends enjoyed our time here and will return again.
