If you want luxury stay here!!

I would highly recomend this villa if you are looking for a little bit of luxury and space to relax after a day at the nearby theme parks. The only problem is once you have stayed here you won't ever want to leave. The master bedroom ensuite bathroom and walk in shower are bigger than most bedrooms back in the UK. Matt provides details of the gate code and key box a few weeks before you leave and we had no problems at all getting entry. The villa was very clean and just like the photos. We have wooden floors at home so the luxury carpets in most of the rooms was a real treat. The air conditioning is a joy. The pool man came 2 or 3 times and we had no need at all to contact the management company with any issues. We took a laptop with us and the kids enjoyed the free high speed broadband to keep in touch with friends. Calabay Park is a quiet area with a mix of rental villas and resedential property. There are a few vacant plots, but they are kept neat and tidy. All of the gardens and grass verges are kept neat and all of the villas are well maintained, giving the overall impression of an up market area. We went to visit some friends on another development and we were suprised to see overgrown gardens and shabby paintwork. They were assigned this villa on arrival so we were so grateful that we had booked Matt's villa direct and knew exactly what to expect. The main thing I was worried about before we arrived was the distance to the theme parks. It is about 20 mins to Disney and about 30 mins to Universal. However the whole journey is via highway 27 and the i4. There are about 4 sets of traffic lights on the entire route. Even though there are other areas around Kissimee that are closer in mileage terms there are traffic lights every 100m or so which actually makes the journey longer so the distance really wasn't a problem. We visited the theme parks all 14 days and filled up the hire car twice. A full tank of fuel cost us about £28 so don't be too concerned about the costs. The area around Calabay Parc is not as well developed as other areas closer to international drive and the theme parks, but if you want a quiter area away from the bright lights this is for you. We found that the Publix supermarket had great choice although Walmart is nearer to the villa and useful for bulk items. We would recommend to Matt that he invests in more pots and pans and a bigger kettle. Also its also a pool table in the games room not a snooker table. Overall, great villa.

Lovely villa,very big with nice private bedrooms all with tvs,nice big lounge,also games room great for kids and a den room for private peacefull momemts if required.
On a nice estate only 2 mins drive from Walmart and Publix.

We stayed at the villa in November 2008 and were absolutely delighted with it. Beautifully furnished, very large, excellent position, very clean the best we have stayed in. The internet pictures are very good but cannot do it justice properly. The owners are always available by phone and have the property to a very high standard, we only hope that the guests respect it as if it were their own home it deserves to be looked after. We will most certainly stay again, hopefully next year. The parks are about 20-25 mins away but seems like 5 on the easy roads. There are plenty of shops nearby 2 supermarkets an outdoor type mall in both directions,lots of petrol stations, perfect position . CAROL & FRANK

Staying at this villa was a real pleasure. The accommodation was sapcious and immaculate and I have recommend this villa to family and friends. The 5 bedroom villa had everything we needed, this included free internet access, telephone calls and a PS3, it also has a games room with pool table, air hockey and a darts board, it also has a good pool. The villa also has two lounges. Each bedroom has a television and there are four bathrooms in the villa.There is a good selection of restaurants and shops close by eg: Cracker Barrel, Publix, Target, J.C. Penny and Books a Million and several more shops were opening at the end of September 2008. Disney was approx. 10 minutes drive and International Drive approx. 20 minutes drive. Our family had a superb holiday at Calabay Parc.
