Golden Mile gem.

Actually you can feel, that people have lived in this house,
with beautifully furnished bed- and bathrooms.Car is essential, parking is just in front of the entrance, and you
can't walk to the baker. Marbella and Puerto Banus are just 3-4 km's away, and Rachel has prepared all kind of
information in the house. Golfing all over, and our dog Malthe, loved the walks in the Pueblo.
Owner's Response: LOVELY PEOPLE,(I ALWAYS SEEM TO GET LOVELY PEOPLE!)
YES,BETTER TO HAVE A CAR,BUT YOU REALLY NEED A CAR WHEREVER YOU STAY IN MARBELLA.
TAXIS ARE PLENTIFUL,AND THE BUSES RUN FREQUENTLY,AND ARE LITERALLY 3 MINS WALK AWAY!

Pretty cottage in Marbella

El Manchego London
Review Submitted: August 4, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
We spent a week in July 2009. It was hot outside but very breezy and comfortable in the house. Interior decoration is charming; the owner has a good taste.

The communal swimming pool is beautiful and there is free wi-fi in the club house. Only downside is that children are not allowed to swim during "quiet time", between 3 to 5pm.

The beach is in the walking distance but it was too hot to walk. Not too worry though; there are plenty of free parking spaces near the beach.

Beautiful and relaxing

We stayed in the Pueblo for a week with our daughter of 7 months. On the basis of the photos on the site we were expecting a relaxed comfortable house, and yes the photos on the internet do show you what you get! Its comfortable romantic and a short walk to the nice luxerous golden mile area/beach. Unfortunately the pool wasnt heated when we were there, but I am sure if we would have called Rachel the owner she would have done something about it. Waking up here was already lovely, the surrounding is very quiet, and you have a lovely view over the palmtrees. We can surely recommend this place.

Dream cottage on the hill :)

We could not dream to have such a luck with Internet rental as with Rachel's Pueblo house offered us in Marbella- the house is fully furnished with a charming mix of spanish and colonial style- loved that! The wheather was a not too warm in February -09, good for us the heating worked fine - warm water did not run out eventhough we are a family with 4 persons and love to float in the bathtub ;) There's a lot of stowage in the house - important when travelling with the whole family - and 3 out of 4 are girls:)
The kitchen is nice and the little teracce is a lovely place to watch the evening sky- the master bedroom is so romantic-
The whole area is nicely planned with charming houses and situated with gorgeus mountine vieuw witch you can watch trouhg the livingroom windows - it is a must to have a car to in order to move a round the area and to get eg. to the city, beach, shops etc. Be careful when parking the car outside the house, you will need to drive trough the "death curve" before you get there of course it's not that challging if you drive with Smart (we had hired a Ford Focus Max and we bearly manged the curve) - in any case I sure we will see you again some day Rachel!

The most beautiful house

Review Submitted: September 30, 2008 Date of Stay: September 2008
This house is absolutely beautiful and in a perfect location. The pueblo is very peaceful and designed to fit in perfectly with the surrounding environment. It is only 10 mins walk from the beach and if you are keen runners like we are, there are some beautiful jogging paths along the beach to Marbella and Puerto Banus.

The house provides everything you will need and the owners are so helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the decor, amount of space and storage at this house, actually some of the design features have given me ideas for my house.

Be sure to use the pool, the setting is beautiful.

What a delightful house! We stayed in this tastefully furnished Pueblo villa in May.
Situated near the Saudi Royal Palace, it is so convenient for everywhere. The real bonus was the heated pool-what a treat!
We would highly recommend a holiday here.

Many thanks

Stella and Duncan
