Reviews of Property: Luxrious spacious Apartment In the heart of Fes.

Beautiful apartment located in the center of Fez,in a walking distance from Medina and close to restaurants and shops. Big apartment with a/c in one bedroom and living room.Spacious and well equipped kitchen.The apartment was relatively clean (the cleanest we've rented in Morocco, however not at the European standards) but the bed linen was not changed.The owner replaced the bed linen upon our request and provided us useful information about Fes.
I've noticed two bad reviews concerning the mattress; Without being top quality, the mattresses were comfortable and I can't complain about them.
I've seen another review concerning the missing of the washing machine. I can confirm that there was no washing machine in he apartment (this is the only reason I've gave a good mark instead of an excellent one, otherwise the apartment correspond to the advertisement).
One strange thing, you can park your car in the underground parking but you can't use it during your stay (you won't receive the key of he garage); But normally you don't need it during your stay. The concierge has to be present when you leave, to open you the garage door.
The building (apartment + parking) is secured and guarded by a concierge.
Fes is a very nice city and we will definitely return to this apartment.

We rent this flat a week in april 09: the owner welcomes us & the flat is well equiped & confortable. We kept a nice souvenir of our stay in Fes in this flat. It is located center of the town & you can visit the whole town (even the medina with a "petit taxi") without having a car.
I recommand that rent.

This apartment is a perfect spot to explore the enchanting city of Fes. Close to the train station and within walking distance to all major sites or at least a short and cheap taxi ride away. It has a kitchen and many shops nearby if you wish to make your own food. As well there are plenty of good restaurants to fill your appetite in the area. The apartment was clean and provided plenty of room for the four of us. It was also very safe and secure as a concierge is there between 9am-9pm. I would definitely stay here again and advise anyone else interested as it is a cheaper alternative to many of the hotels in the city. Nadar, the owner was there as well and he was very gracious and hospitable during our entire stay. The apartment made our 3 day stay in Fes even more enjoyable.

We stayed in this apartment in December '08, we were incredible pleased with the location, as it was walking distance to most attractions (or a very cheap cab ride away). There are many groceries and restaurants nearby, we were able to get fruits and vegetables everyday. The layout of the apartment is incredible and very roomy, the washrooms are clean and the water pressure and temperature was great for all 4 of us. The landlord is very friendly and helped made our stay even more comfortable. I recommend this rental for anyone looking to discover the magic that lies in Fes!

The apartment was very dirty, and several toilet and kitchen fixtures were broken. Holes in walls and exposed electric wires. Kitchen utilities were either filthy or absent completely. No washing machine on site. Backyard area is a health hazard. The worst beds we have slept in - ever.

Stayed in the apartment for a few nights and just returned - Apartment is very nice and is much cheaper than the riads and hotels a good budget place to stay. The single beds however were the most uncomfiest had slept in ever and the washing machine was not in situ due to prevoius problem. Information on what to do was non existent and this would have been helpful .
Whilst I did not like fes the apartment was good value for money and certainly very clean in moroccan standards
