Reviews of Property: Superb 3 Bed apartment at Bahama Bay near Disney World Orlando

My family and I just completed a 6 night stay at Patricia and Alan's condo at the Bahama Bay Resort in Orlando. The property was just as described! It was beautiful and very spacious! It has everything you could possibly need including a DVD player, CD player, fully stocked kitchen, high chair and pack n play (although we didn't use the pack n play). We did purchase a small stool so the little one could wash her hands. We left it as we were flying, but I don't know if the owners could keep it. We also loved the two screened in lanais. We had spent the previous 4 days at a newly remodeled two bedroom condo in St. Pete Beach near Tampa. The three bedrooms and large living/dining area was a welcome change from our previous accommodations. The only negative that I could find (and it wasn't easy) was that the building was showing some wear and could be in need of some upgrades. The paint on the stairs was peeling, there is no elevator, and the decor/finishes were standard builder grade; i.e no granite countertops, natural stone tile, or upgraded appliances. That said, everything was wonderful and met all our needs and expectations. The building was near the clubhouse, so we were able to get the free wi-fi from our room! The resort amenities are great. We used the free DVD rental and spent most days at the children's play area. My five and two year olds loved the kiddie pool complete with mushroom falls, sprayers, and fountains. Near the kiddie pool was a playground. The kids loved running from one activity to the other throughout the day. Our 17 year old niece, who was traveling with us, split her time laying out in the kids area with us and using the bigger pool/hot tub at the clubhouse. This was our second stay at Bahama Bay. Although our first stay working directly with an owner. We would definitely stay again and will recommend this property to everyone we know. It is a wonderful property at a great price and Patricia and Alan were an absolute joy. They provided wonderful communication and made me feel at ease working with an owner versus the resort. Book a stay, you will not be disappointed!

The condo was fantastic.Great to come back to after a busy day at the parks.It was clean and comfortable.The pools were great with good service from Marty the barman!!Came home with no washing due to the excellent machine and tumble dryer.!Can't wait to go again.Thankyou

The condo was clean, comfortable, and convienient. It would be nice to have better internet access, rather than having to go down to the clubhouse. We could not check in until 5:00 rather than 3:00 as advertised. We enjoyed the pools, and walking the premises. Staff, overall was very helpful and cooperative. We found many activities near the resort to visit.

Great Condo, the resort had everything we needed. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We especially liked the open floor plan. The resort was also well kept. One thing we lacked was high speed internet in the unit. The clubhouse has internet, but it would have been nice inside the unit. Otherwise we liked the pools, beach and play area. Drive to disney was 15 min, nice and close. We would definitely stay at Bahama Bay again!

October 08 - This 3 Bedroom Condo is of an excellent standard. The decor is clean and bright. The rooms are all a good size. The kitchen has everything you could want. Good size fridge / freezer. Bathrooms and walk in wardrobes good size . Good size safe for your valuables.
Plenty of towells and bedding.
The condo is situated very near to one of the pool areas and within walking distance of reception.
Bahama Bay resort is of a very high standard.
As with most hotels/ condo's in Orlando you do need a car as the attractions are approximately 20mins drive away - approx 12 miles.
Would definately use this accommodation again. I would class it 5*.
The owners were very helpful during the booking process.

I have recently stayed at Alan /Patricia's lovely apartment at Bahama Bay Resort which is a beautiful place to spend your holiday in Orlando, The apartment was everything I had hoped it would be, everything we needed was at hand in the apartment, including a lovely view across the lake fom the balcony.

Wow. What a fanstastic hoilday! A large part of that was down to where we stayed at Bahama Bay in Florida. The appartment was perfect. When you book there is always a small worry in the back of your mind that you might end up staying in the wrong area or the place might be a bit of a dump. Don't worry, with this place it ticks all the right boxes. When we first arrived, we were all very impressed with the the appartment and it soon felt like home for the 2 weeks. It was very well equiped to a very high standard with everything you could think of. On sight, the pool areas are fantastic and with plenty of space. The location of Bahama Bay was ideal too. It's about 15 mins drive to the gates of Disney but it has the great advantage that all the places to eat are on the 192 between Disney and the appartment which it great for breakfast on the way out and dinner on the back. All-in-all we were all very happy with the appartment and Bahama Bay. We can't wait to go back!!! Highly Recommended +++++

thank you for letting us use your beautiful 3 bedroom Condo. We found it very clean and welcoming. It was nice to be close to club house and we could pick up WIFI signal from your living room. Bahama Bay is really well kept and we would recommend your place to anyone wanting to visit Disney or just relax in beautiful grounds.
