Reviews of Property: Completely refurbished 4 bedroom villa with private pool & sea views

Writing a review for this excellent holiday as German citizen is to search the dictionary for superlatives - because describing this wonderful place is only possible using superlatives. After returning home we thought not to tell anybody about this marvelous place and keep it as an insiders'tip. As you see, we don't an we like to share our experience.
We had a great time in the villa and on the property, the interior is very tasteful, the kitchen is excellently equipped and you will enjoy every minute. Twice a week we had house cleaning, there are laundry facilities you can use and the bathrooms are absolutely clean. It is very quite around that spot - we can say that for the early summer time.
Lagos is close by and it is a nice place in the evening but after returning home you will definitely look forward to the breakfast on the terrace in the sun with the ocean view.
We can definitely recommend this villa for families up to 8 people and we will defintely try to again stay there for vacation.

What a truly wonderful holiday we had at Casa Lontra. Travelling with a 4 year old and a toddler can mean packing everything but the kitchen sink but rest assured when staying at Casa Lontra your every need has been catered for - right down to the hairdriers and big fluffy beach towels for all of us. There is a chest full of buckets and spades and pool toys, there is plastic tableware and cutlery especially for small hands and a gate to the swimming pool which means that the children can play on the terrace without escaping to the pool. We also took with us both sets of parents (!) brave I know but the size and layout of the villa means that you never have to be tripping over each other. I have to say that Lontra truly is a home from home and I can't wait to go back next year....

We had a fabulous week at Casa Lontra. It is a beautiful villa - tastefully decorated, very well equipped, and has lovely sea views. It is up on a hill so gets a sea breeze which is very welcome. The pool is perfect for children and there is a pretty little garden with lemon trees. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
It is close enough to Luz to walk to the beach, but may be better to take a car if carrying lots of kit.
There are plenty of places to explore in the area - all detailed in the helpful file in the house. We also enjoyed just chilling out by the pool.
Definately a place we would like to return to.

My family and I had an amazing holiday at the beautiful villa, Casa Lontra. It has recently been renovated and is simply stunning. The villa itself is of top quality and it provides very spacious accommodation with four beautifully presented bedrooms.

On arrival, we instantly felt at home with all the comforts and facilities that you would hope to find. In fact, the attention to detail was quite incredible! The owners have even left recipe ideas! The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and it offers sea views. The garden and pool are very pretty and the beach is only 5 minutes away.

I would highly recommend this villa to a friend. We had a fantastic week and really hope to be returning in the near future ....
