Perfect Hideaway

On first appearence this apartment appeared really nice. The pool and outdoor space was great, apart from the side of the pool tiling that fell off during our stay which was extemely hazardous and was not replace until days later.

There was no hot water for 2days, which in a so called 5* villa this was not accepable.

The separate toliet broke on 3rd day and although reported to Barbara - it was never fixed and we had to either manually refill it or use the ensuite bathroom.

The main apartment door handle broke and we had to use the side door for the last 4 days.

And the last and most annoying problem, we had prepaid Barbara return pickups to the airport, but on our way home Barbara failed to pick us up as she was running over 45mins late and we had to make our own way to the airport. The return fare was refunded into our account, but this kind of service was not acceptable and we almost missed our flight home.

I really hate to be going on about the problems we had with this villa but it really was just one thing after another - time for a refurb Barb!

But in saying that we really did have a brilliant time in this holiday spot it was just a shame the Villa had so many problems!

If you're thinking of staying at this villa, then DO! If you don't your missing out on the most beautiful villa me and my family have ever stayed in.

Barbara and Dave were brilliant, they met us at the villa showed us around and helped us to make the most of our holiday.

The villa was very clean and well maintained, the pool itself and the area around it was spacious and had some beautiful views, it was very quiet and peaceful.

Overall an amazing place to stay, we'll be definitely back!

Our stay (15-24/05/2009) was great. Nice clean and spacious villa-apartment with large pool (unfortunately not heated). The views are stunning and the area is very quiet and peaceful. It's well situated but you need however a car. We appreciated very much the personal presence of the owners who are very friendly and kind persons. Barbara is a lovely and very efficient manager. Thanks for all ! We would highly recommend this place.

we have just returned from our holiday in this villa. We would highly recommend it and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean and well maintained. It is in a good location but is a bit of a walk into the centre but we were provided with the tel no.for a taxi company for when we needed one which was most helpful. Barbara who looks after the villa, was very helpful before, during and after our stay. We would definitely be happy to return here.

Excellent! This villa had it all. it was spacious and clean and lovely. I would defo go back. Myself and 5 of my girl pals had a lovely stay here couldnt fault it. The location and views were stunning.The pool was great and the terrace is a great size. Barbara who looks after the villa was brilliant she picked us up from the airport and was a mine of information about things to do and see. She also recommened a taxi firm to us that were reliable and spoke good english. Its a bit of a walk to get to and i would suggest a taxi for going out in the evening but during the day its a good walk if you like that sort of thing. We all agreed that we would go back again in the future.The weather was terrific and having our own pool was great. First time doing a villa and if this was anything to go by it wont be the last. Thanks for a great holiday stay.
