Fishermans Cottage - Fine Catch

Sea Breeze is a tastefully converted property on the sea front. The first floor lounge and balcony give uninterrupted views of the harbour and Poole's famous Quay. The bedrooms are a generous size, the large kitchen is well equipped and leads to a splendid conservatory/dinning room.
Spotlessly clean and well presented the accommodation is a short harbour front walk to the Quay and Town Sea Front. The owner, Sue is welcoming and helpful.
We certainly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again sometime.

Outstanding!
I recently rented the property for myself husband and 2 children. We could not believe how close it is to the beach, the views shown on the photos do not do it justice. The place is spotlessly clean and in a prime position for everything. Sue the owner gave us a warm welcome and showed us round. Everything was in walking distance and no car is needed although there is onsite parking.
There is so much to do for any age, the information point is just a few minutes walk. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Sandbanks beach was beautiful and well worth a visit, we couldn't wish for anything more in a holiday we even had good weather. The balcony is a lovely place to relax and a suntrap.
The house has all mod cons including a firepit in the lovely garden which lights up at night.
Overall highly recommended.

My family and I have just returned from a weeks holiday at Sea Breeze. The property was exactly as advertiesed, very clean, and well laid out. The sheltered garden was lovely, and perfect for a barbecue.
The views over the harbour, Brownsea Island and the Purbeck Hills were amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the ferries coming in and out.
The location of the property is fantastic, with just a short walk to the Quay and old town which was perfect for the little legs of the family. We also liked the fact that we didn't have to go out in the car everyday as public transport meant that we could explore, for £14 we could go wherever we wanted on the Wilts & Dorset buses.
Would definitely recommend this property.

Just returned from a great stay at Sea Breeze. This property is very accurately described and was REALLY clean. The layout of the house is brilliant as it is so flexible with bedrooms and bathrooms on both levels. The kitchen is well equipped and everything works! Leading off the kitchen the conservatory/dinning room is a great place to eat and unwind. This property really is front line and we spent a lot of time just watching life on the water. A short stroll takes you to the main part of the quay and all it offers restaurants shopping boat trips etc go to the tourist infomation center pick up leaflets and you will find more to do than you have time for. Finally if you are not sure about something ask Sue she is very helpful.

Sea Breeze is perfect for a holiday in Poole.
The house is tastefully decorated and furnished. Upstairs leading from the lounge is a balcony overlooking the harbour. It is very relaxing evenings watching the boats returning after a day out at sea. The "cosy" garden is interesting and perfectly designed complete with subtle lighting for those warm evenings. It is perfect to relax in and also great for a BBQ. We would definetly recommend Sea Breeze to anyone visiting Poole. We had a very warm welcome from Sue when we arrived and she has been very helpful.

Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Poole Quay, mit schönem Blick auf die Promenade, Brownsea-Island und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe. Direkt vor dem Haus haben unsere Kinder abends Krebse gefischt (Ausrüstung im Haus vorhanden). Die Altstadt von Poole ist fußläufig in ca 300 Metern zu erreichen. Dort legen auch die Ausflugsschiffe ab und es gibt Möglichkeiten zum Shoppen und Essen. Die schönen "Sandbank-Beaches" erreicht man bequem mit dem Fahrrad auf Radwegen größtenteils am Quay entlang, in ca. 15 - 20 Minuten. Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung wären u.a.: Wareham, Corfe Castle, Swanage (mit der Fähre ab Sandbanks für 3 Pfund per Auto).
Das Haus selber ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Alle Räume sind hell und freundlich und sehr sauber. Technisch ist die Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Dampfgarer, Kaffeeautomat, Wasserkocher, Gasherd, Kühlgefrierkombination, usw. optimal ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein großer Flachschirmbildschirm, mit Dolby-Surround-System, DVD-Player und Filme sowie ein Internetanschluss. Vom Balkon, in der ersten Etage, hat man einen schönen Ausblick, insbesondere auf einen Sonnenuntergang.
Das Buchen und die Abwicklung des Bezahlens sowie die Schlüsselübergabe mit der freundlichen Vermieterin hat ebenfalls problemlos funktioniert.
Wir haben uns sehr, über einen prall gefüllten Obstkorb zum Empfang gefreut, der fast eine Woche reichte.
Wir haben unsere Woche sehr genossen und sind sicher, wenn wir nochmal nach Südengland reisen, werden wir wieder "Sea Breeze" buchen.
