The beach at the centre of town is convenient and very nice, but the best beaches are just outside the town, especially La Nartelle beach. Saint Tropez is the most famous resort of the French Riviera in Var. It is located near some of the best beaches around, especially along the Baie de Pampelonne to the south of the town.
