Behind the town are the soaring peaks of the Sierra del Aguilon are a hikers and climbers dream, with close proximity to the coast and some fantastic trails dissecting the range. Aside from the testing climbs and hugely rewarding viewpoints, exploring the old ghost towns of mining villages high in the mountains is both hugely intriguing and a little eerie!
