Hastings allows its guests to enter medieval times and the seaside landscape of Hastings Castle. Scattered remains exist however much of this castles remains have landed in the ocean. Structurally superior to Hastings Castle, Bodiam Castle in Rother Valley served its original purpose of halting French attack in the late 1380’s. This impressive fortresses construction is superior to all others in England with its moat and opulent living quarters.

Entertainment abounds in this seaside community with the community’s aquarium, Underwater World, and its vast array of sharks and species of marine life, the Fishmarket with its museum, and Hastings Sea Life Center, and spectacular exhibits of dinosaurs and a nice collection of paintings and china within the Hastings Museum and art gallery.
