The oak tree clad Sierra Morena Mountains offer some exceptional walks and rides too. Navigating the ancient Via Verde on foot, bicycle or on horse back is a remarkable experience, passing through 26 ancient tunnels and with stunning viewpoints at every turn.

The huge historic quarter, (the largest in the whole of Europe), is stuffed with world class attractions, from the elegant Moorish buildings to the pretty churches which can be found in many of the shaded little squares throughout the city. The huge, Gothic Cathedral is another of the most impressive monuments in the town, and the intricately decorated Palace of Alcazar is also well worth exploring from an apartment in Seville.

Summers in Seville Province are always hot. Monthly averages for July and August can reach high into the 30’s (˚C), with midday temperatures of over 40˚C not unheard of. During the winter months, it is rare to experience daily temperatures under 10˚C.
