An Introduction to the Community of Silver Creek

Silver Creek is a prestigious community of just over 100 beautifully appointed homes nestled in a small woodland area 5 miles west of Walt Disney World near Orlando, Florida.

The community was newly built in 2004/5 and is located in a centre of natural woodland ponds and small lakes. Whilst a residential community the majority of the homes are actually used for Short Term Vacation Rentals and this is reflected in the high quality and upkeep of the area.

For nature lovers there are walkways all around the community for walking or cycling, as well as paths around the local wooded areas. Around the many lakes and ponds surrounding the community, lots of wildlife can be seen. Herons and Cranes which can often be seen walking along on the sidewalks. Fishing is available in the many lakes in the area with species such as Bass and Catfish in plentiful supply.

For families with smaller children there is a brand new playground and landscaped seated area within yards of the villa.

Local shopping and dining is less than a mile away with many major retailers and restaurants located at nearby "Cagan Crossings".

Golfers are extremely well served with numerous golf courses within a 10 mile radius of the community.

Silver Creek make a great location for your Orlando holiday, being just minutes from Disney and close to all the main theme parks and less than 30 minutes from Orlando International airport.
