There are several popular attractions in the Soufriere area – the Pitons are two peaks that overlook the town. These are volcanic plugs and are very picturesque from below, or offer great views from above. The Pitons have actually been designated a World Heritage Site and are the town’s most noticeable landmarks. Another top attraction is the world’s only ‘drive in’ volcano, called Sulphur Springs, plus there are some wonderful gardens and waterfalls at the Diamond Botanical Gardens.

St Lucia has two airports though most international flights will land at the larger of the two, Hewanorra International Airport.
