Staying in a Southern Thailand beachside villa or apartment you will be able to enjoy a tropical climate with hot and humid weather throughout the whole year. The most popular time to visit is between November and May as this is the drier and hotter time of the year, though in fact between May and October the temperatures are very pleasant. Monsoon showers occur in the summer.

There are numerous airports in this region, so how you choose to get here will really depend on the exact location of your Southern Thailand holiday rental. Some airlines fly to Southern Thailand directly, though you may find it better to fly to Bangkok and then catch an internal flight to the south.
