The clear, warm waters of the Mediterranean are home to a range of beautifully coloured marine life, which nestle in between the masts, portholes and cracked hulls of the wrecked ships which lie around this treacherous part of the coastline. There is an excellent diving centre in Torre delle Stelle, from which dives can be organised or, for the learner courses can be completed, allowing you to do your first dive in the warm, clear seas of Sardinia.

The old city centre is a beautiful place of discovery, filled with many beautiful buildings, fine restaurants and atmospheric cafes. If you are looking for water sports, there are very few which you cannot practice from Cagliari either.
